This establishment is disgusting. We noticed cockroaches scurrying around towards the bathroom as you enter the Dunkin. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and the garbage is overflowing. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that if I don’t like it, I can go somewhere else. Haha classic not my problem attitude. I implore anyone thinking of going here to think again, and choose a different location. I’ve never seen a DD so poorly managed.

Probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the tri state. Not because of the quality of food but because of the customer service in the morning. They will look at you and not help you. I have gone to DD in Manhattan near Times Square and the service there is better than Stamford which is weird .

You are supposed to only want coffee in the morning and they have an attitude when they take your order or ask for your sandwich and it is supposed to be the manager, lousy service

I Can’t believe I stopped by 720 on Dunkin’ Donuts on Prospect Street on Tuesday the 27th I wait on the front for almost 10 minutes. I thought they were in the bathroom and I kept waiting, but then suddenly a girl and a boy came up from the back she was fixing her hair and what do you think they were doing? They always have a bad service there

Simple order of currant without cheese l wait 20 min and got it cold and with cheese. This place needs huge optimization in how the operate especially on the morning hours. By saying you all come I. Same time and need to wait is awkward. Wery bad experience.
