I went to get some quick food at night, and the bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps were burnt, and i almost ate a piece of plastic that was in my food… i took it out my mouth thinking it was a piece of hard egg but no.. just plastic.

This DD parking lot needs a make over. The entrance to the drive thru is so narrow; I was forced to wait on line to get to the parking lot. By the time I was able to park, it made sense to just order from the drive thru. As you can see from the photo, the parking lot is not very efficient.I recommend finding street parking.

The Peruvian man who serves is extremely rude, he doesn't even take the time to let you talk, we waited 40 minutes, he didn't get the right drinks, he gave us pure coffee, and because the machine didn't work, he yelled at the horrible people. I will never order there again, and please hire people with charisma and vocation to serve the client.

Horrible culture of only one no diversity no english - and the worse Wacked out manager who cares nothing about customer service. He'd rather sit there and argue with you. There's been a huge downpour dislocation because of it and it is directly tied to him. Connecticut will go elsewhere. We cannot stand this manager he needs to go back to his own country with his attitude the constant indian rattling tongue makes people sick We are coming to a Dunkin' Donuts. We are not going to New Delhi. This is US everyone should be welcome not just your kind the place is total crap and they laugh all the time at customers, if I was the owners are coming in for every single one of them and start all over!

They do not like their job because if they did they wouldnt give you a hard time when placing an order: Me: GM can i get two orders of snackin baconDDW: anything elseMe: make sure its crispy pleaseDDW: anything elseMe: yes make it crispy DDW: anything elseSimply just acknowledge my request. The day before i sent the bacon back. It was under cooked. She goes you didn't say that! Well if I knew you were gonna give me chewy bacon i would have. Crispy and burnt to a crisp are two different things. Clearly i only get chewy or burnt bacon. My co worker comes here every morning even orders her coffee on the app. She still has to wait 10-15 for her coffee upon arrival. They say it's because they make it fresh but if we wanted it fresh we would just come in and order it. We know the risk of pre ordering we want our s*** ready when we get there period! Needs new owners and a whole new staff ASAP!
