Really disappointed even after I asked the workers three times and it was still not done and this was nothing complicated it was just a yes no questionFeb 07 came back another time figured I'd give it a try I asked three times very explicitly and again I don't know why but the answer was a lieI don't know why if somebody asked a straightforward question with a yes or no answer why the workers here cannot just simply answer the questionI don't know what is trained to them or they've got an inherent culture of lying or at the very least a lack of excellence in performance in their jobs which is more than likely the caseThis is just ridiculous to have to waste the time and money repeatedlyWheelchair accessibility: Taking a wheelchair into this Duncan from the parking lot is possible but it's much more of a chore than most other locations because you're going uphill the whole way

Every single morning your drive-thru is backed up and overflows into the roadway which blocks both the sidewalk and traffic on one of the busiest roads in the city. You shouldn't be allowing that to happen.

I ordered an iced matcha what I received is green milk with ice! Where’s the matcha green chai latte!! It’s was disgusting! Had to throw it away! Very disappointed! Money wasted

This location has the worst service and customer service.On three occasions I've ordered a Large Drink with Less Ice, only yo be given a lot, a whole lot of ice! When I mentioned the issue I was told each time, that is less ice! That is the least amount of ice we can give. I asked to remove some ice and provide more coffee. They took the drink back for 30 seconds and gave it back to me with the same amount of ice. Did they really think I wouldn't notice? Horrible! I will NEVER support this location again!

I ordered some munchkins through dunkin app for drive through pick up today at 9:57 PM on July 11th, but the store employee simply refused to serve me the order saying he has to close the store and nothing is available, even though the store closing time on app appeared to be 11 PM. Not only the store employee refused to cancel/refund my order, he started shouting at me forcing me to drive off. This is simply unacceptable. I am shocked to see this kind of customer service where store employees are empowered to mistreat customers and not refund their money in the event of not being able to serve the order. I have never had such experience ever at any store where I would have paid money to get nothing in return. I urge store owner to look into this seriously and strive to keep the reputation of store intact by not letting such employees mistreat the returning customers.

this tall colored guy took my order and made it completely wrong i was given a latte when asked for a macchiato and when i got my food the sourdough Breakfast sandwich the bacon was burnt

Everyone I go to this Dunkin' Donuts, the staff are super friendly, unlike some of the other locations. My order is always correct and timely, too. Might be early morning timing, but I have no complaints!

While recently in Stamford, I had a craving for a latte. I ordered ahead on the app for drive through. This location has the strangest drive through I have ever seen. Next time I will pick up my order inside.
