Reserved table 26 four days in advance. Called to confirm that day and was assured that the table we reserved was, in fact reserved. Got to the restaurant right on time and another couple were at the table I reserved. They offered another table. They know how to take reservations; they just can’t keep the reservation! They lost an excellent customer that night. Never again. We went to Kotobuki for sushi and were treated like royalty! That’s our new spot! BYE FISH!!!

Took 40 minutes before a waiter came by to even notice that you were sitting there. handed me a hot bowl of soup instead of putting it down on the table not flexible with their dessert choice. Just not good service all around

Always have great food here. Lots of very healthy but delicious options as well as more comforting options. The fish is always fresh and cooked to perfection and I love having the julienne of vegetables - very tasty and again, healthy. My vegetarian friend loved her main course too. Service is warm and efficient.

The food was outstanding; exceptionally delicious. However, the noise level was excruciatingly loud. We needed to shout to each other all night even though we were sitting close. Even with shouting, one friend checked out and just ate, apologizing and saying he couldn't hear anything we were saying. My voice is hoarse today. Unfortunately, we will not recommend and will not return. We treated our friends for their 60th anniversary but we probably should have left and found a quieter place. Owners might want to consider acoustic tile in the ceiling and turn off the music in the bar which only adds to the extremely loud conversations when it's that crowded and busy. Very disappointing and canceled out how good the food was.

The food was to die for! My friends and I ate everything. I would have liked rolls or something on the table. I asked the Waitress to separate the liquor and food, she forgot. Overall it was a positive experience. I would go again.

We went to Fish for restaurant week having never been there before. The service is excellent and the food is quite good. We particularly enjoyed the salad with almonds, cheese and mango and the NE clam chowder. The key lime pie is outstanding. The coffee is wonderful and I always love it when the milk is heated so my coffee stay hot. We will definitely return!

Food was excellent. Party of 4. Two orders of salmon, one pasta and shrimp, one fish over rice. Apps Brussels sprouts, burrata, calamari. Well prepared, fresh and very tasty. A bit pricy, especially for apps, but again very good food. Generous portions.

Sorry I don’t personally think it’s 4.4 as the averages state. May be some people are generous with the reviews. Definitely can find a better seafood place. Shrimp, fish are overdone. Best part of the entire meal was side of vegetables that come with fish.
Food was terrible. Order came out wrong. Waitress gave a huge attitude when we asked for it to be fixed. Service terrible as well. Had to flag down the waitress more than once to order food and drinks. Out dirty plates and glasses were not removed, we removed them ourselves.

I've enjoyed dining at this restaurant often, as it is within walking distance from my apartment. However, last night a friend and I had a less than satisfactory experience. The party of four at the next table practically shouted at each other during their conversation, making it very hard to hear my dining companion. They quieted down after we let them know through our glances that they were too loud, and they apologized--but minutes later they were at it again. Perhaps they had too much to drink. Additionally, the server got my friend's order wrong and brought her broccoli instead of brown rice and failed to bring the sauce for her tuna. I was embarrassed, as I had told her this was my favorite local restaurant. I will return but hope that the manager will pay attention to these issues in the future.
