This place has the appearance of a slightly below average ice cream shop in a strip mall, but the ice cream is GOOD! Soft serve is smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. The staff is young, super friendly, and helpful. I recommend this as an ice crea to-go type of place. Again, the ice cream is top-notch, but there isn't really a comfortable seating area. There are a couple of small tables with chairs, but it gives the vibe of "please take your ice cream somewhere else to eat."

The ice cream is fine. The atmosphere is almost nonexistent as there is no place to sit inside. The employees are mostly just broke teenagers trying to make a buck, but it is what it is. They get the job done, not with a smile on their face, but they get the job done.

Probably some of the richest and greatest ice cream I've had in a while. I wish gofer was around more places so people could experience the absolute perfection this place is. The workers treated me very well, and customer service was amazing. I think everyone should try a Razzle once in their life

Ice Cream was subpar at best, especially for the outrageous price of nearly 6 dollars a scoop. Employees were very nice, however, the manager seemed to have an issue with everything and everyone. Only real complaint here is about the people in charge and how they need to change up their attitude before they have no customers/employees left. I feel bad for those kids working there, being treated like that even though its most likely their first job while they are trying to juggle school and/or college.

terrible terrible ice cream. Way way way too expensive for that low quality trash almost 6 dollars a scoop. Employees were great but seemed very nervous, I feel this could be due to bad managers/owners. Also cant tip online??? Owners seem to be pretty cheap and I think I saw one of them come in the store one time. He was yelling at the employees when one small thing was messed up. I feel bad for the young teenagers working here who also have to manage school and college work. If u could give this place less than a one star I would. And no wonder the ridgeway location was shut down . Place was a horrible spot.

I’ve been to other Gopher locations but not this one. I’ve had good experiences with them before. To see why we ended up at this Gopher, read my review of Ralph’s across the street. This Gopher was open as stated, and the two young men were very knowledgeable about the products, offered great customer service above and beyond expectations, and asked me if I wanted anything else. They weren’t in a rush to close and helped a few other customers who came in after us.
