As a hunter for a good breakfast sandwich… This is by far the best breakfast I have had in a long time in Stamford! The man made it from scratch and the dish was to die for! The cookie was also so delicious! I highly recommend coming here to their cafe.

Such a cool experience! Learn a little about cooking techniques. Prep and cook a delicious meal. And then EAT your hard work! A helpful staff (that cleans up behind your tornado) and a few drinks make for a great way tonspend an evening. We did a gluten free pasta night and it all came out very well. The location is a little misleading as you don't really notice it unless your looking for it, but the space is nice.

We had a great client dinner cooking event at Hudson Table Stamford and it was everything we could hope for. A very personable and professional chef staff instructing us in the proper cooking preparation and skills for our selected cuisine. High quality ingredients for our meal. Great workspaces and equipment. A beautiful room dedicated to our exclusive use. Very clean, well organized and beautifully apportioned. It was a delight to host our event in their space.We would highly recommend this group of wonderful chefs.

We threw our 4-year-old's birthday here, a little worried that they might not be "up" for a cooking class. Hudson Table made the party exceptional. They kept the pizza and cupcake decorating tempo moving, so that kids never got bored/restless, and were so unbelievably personable and great with kids. The children were enthralled from start to finish and the parents basically just watched in awe as their kids giggled and laughed their way through 2 hours of attentive cooking. A+++++++++++++Kid-friendliness: They could not have been better with our guests (the kids were 3-8 years old). They even put on an impromptu "freeze dance" while the kids waited for their pizzas to cook (which was only about 10 minutes as they went straight into cupcake decorating)

I really did everything I could to avoid writing this review but was left with no choice as HT was inflexible in trying to make a bad experience right...We paid $200 for a pasta making class. Long and short of it is that the pasta we made was inedible due to a mistake made by an employee. Fine, whatever, mistakes happen. All I asked for was a refund of what the class cost... seems fair as we didn't get to eat the pasta we made nor did we enjoy the salad or dessert course (the salad was soaked in dressing and the Tiramisu had enough rum in it to power a pirate ship).Bearing in mind we spent an additional $100 on wine and cocktails that night as well as tipped 20% we thought it wasn't a crazy ask to just refund the amount of the class. We were met with defensiveness and astonishment from ownership that something like this could happen.In the end we had to fight just to get a $100 refund after they initially only offered a $120 voucher to come back. It sounds like a majority of experiences here are positive, just too bad ours was not.

My wife and I took a class at Hudson Table in Stamford last night. The ambiance, service and food were amazing! The Chefs in charge of the class were super personable and knowledgeable, we had a blast! Highly recommend Hudson Table for a fun date night or to enjoy with a group of friends.
I had an event for work there last night and it was the best event I’ve attended or put on in my 30 year working career. Our clients had an amazing time, the food came out delicious, the staff was very helpful and supportive.

I got my husband who loves to cook a GC for here for the Live Chefs Competition. What can I say....I was worried that I was playing it up in my mind and it would turn out to not be as good. Well I had nothing to worry about! It was an awesome night! There are two ways to sit...at the counter and at a table. We sat at the counter. Chef Oliver and Chef Pablo were very personable and ready to answer any question you had for them. You were allowed to get up and move around so you could see everything going on. The food....WOW! I thought that you would get a little taste of each chefs courses but no you get a full serving! And it was all delicious! At the nd the audience gets to pick the chef who wins! If you are a foodie or someone who is just wants to have a good time I highly recommend coming here!
