This place is very dirty. Service sucked they served uncooked food and burnt toast then tried to justify the uncooked food. Manager was very unprofessional. The waitress didn’t even come to check on us after she took our order also took 20 mins for our drinks 10/10 don’t recommend.

Food was iced cold and my poached eggwas a hard boiled egg. Only 1 waitress on and couldn't handle it. Had to get up to ask.for silverware after food was delivered. No one came to see how food was at all!

I ordered the spicy egg Benedict and I would give it a 7. I was good but it wasn’t spicy and it needed a little more salt, but over all it was good. My husband got the chicken breast sandwich. The chicken it self was really good and flavorful but the sandwich as a whole was a 6. The sandwich was too dry. We had a good experience over all. Service was quick.

I don’t understand how I order pancakes from ihop restaurant. They send me with the order a bunch pancakes without no syrup. Just a bunch of butter and packets of peppers. I really hope IHOP goes out of business soon. The food is bad. The service is also bad. I will never order anything else from this restaurant just garbage.

This I hop is terrible. I can understand having a super busy day but when you leave a restaurant feeling less fulfilled than when you walked in that’s another story. I went to this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and was not even greeted by my waiter; they came over multiple times to ask if we were ready but I rushed more than I felt welcomed as they didn’t even bother to introduce themselves. In addition, we ordered drinks one of which came out when the food did and the other didn’t even come out till I was almost done with my food, keep in mind I ordered my drink before my food. Overall, the food was really good but the service at the restaurant was terrible. Please keep in mind that there were many other people calling over their waiters, we were not the only ones. If you have to call your waiter over multiple times that is not acceptable at all. I would come for the food but not the people. I did not feel welcomed.

If they close at 10 (an hour from now) then why won’t it let me place an online order? It takes an hour to make pancakes? In fact, they seem to turn off online ordering around 7PM each day. And they’ve never once answered the phone in the years I’ve been trying…

Insanely loud screaming practically in our ears not once but twice for someone's birthday....I get it, it their birthday and I'm all for having them sung buymt this guy was just obnoxious and right in our faces and ears both times.....won't be back.Girl scout pancakes were sadly MEH everything else was good and our server was great.

I really like coming to ihop. I wish this location have better staff. I was seated and not acknowledged for over 10min and my waitress passed by me 4 times. After she took my order. She still get it wrong and didn’t come back to the table to see if I needed anything. Also the table I was placed at was dirty. Coffee was cold. And at this point I don’t even want the food. ??♀️.

This place is great and the employees are always friendly and professional, but the place is always understaffed, whomever is running this place needs to understand the impact of overworking employees and exploited them and also the impact that you have on your customers. Every time I visit the place is packed and there's 1 cook and 1 server, attending all dine-in, phone orders, online orders and accommodating guests.
