I ordered a simple grilled cheese with bacon. The cheese wasn't melted at all. When I brought it back and asked them to regrill it to melt the cheese they looked at me like I had two heads and struck an attitude. There are plenty of solid late night options in Stamford, try those instead.

You have to be blackout to eat this food. I got a burger with ketchup and mustard and it was DRYER THAN MY GRANDMAS HOHAAAA. And my burger tasted like fish?

We wanted to give Julian's a shout out! Before we became plant based Julian's was always the go to late night eats. Their burgers and steak & cheese is delicious. Now that we re plant based they have surprised us with a great veggie burger once in a while. So yummy and put it on a pretzel bun which was amazing!!! Thank you

Mac and cheese bites were all bread and the service was with no smile but an attitude

Despite having issues initially with my order and not receiving what I purchased, the owner had contacted me personally due to this poor service. He apologized for the inconvenience and proceeded to give me a voucher for $25 next time I visit the truck. It was a busy night with lots of people and I appreciate that they addressed my dissatisfaction and try to ensure their customers are happy even in moments like mine.

Julian's New York Hot Dogs Food Truck came to an event I held last night for 300 people. They were super responsible with their planning and their timing. They showed up, everyone raved about their food and were great to work with. I highly recommend bringing them in for your event.

I don't quite know where to begin. I live in DC where food trucks are nearly considered a way of life. I'm no rookie when it comes to truckery--when I walked past the pleasant aroma of grilled delicacies filling the air I was almost convinced that Julian's would've been a real, late-night treat. $3.25 for a miniature dish of fries, about the size of a small fry at McDonald's. $3+ for a hot dog. $6.00 for a waffle burger. For those prices I was expecting the quality of the food to match. That's where I made my mistake. When I unraveled the foil i didn't quite know what I was looking at. Was it food? Manufactured, rubbery shlop on a bun? Not sure. The waffle burger was nothing more than a flimsy patty reminiscent of those found in your old high school cafeteria. The waffles were soggy. The chilli dog was an entirely different beast. I just...can't even. I would've been much better off with a $2 hot dog from 7-11. However, I'll say no more; I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Please avoid this place if you're not into random, rubbery, flimsy schlop.
