Their bagels are awesome, highly recommend a warm everything bagel with chive cream cheese. Mornings can get insane with the long lines especially on weekends.

Best bagels anywhere!! My daughter lived in NC and everytime she comes home she takes orders from friends! They've never tasted such great bagels! Pete & Tony rock!¡

This place makes the worst BEC I've ever had. The eggs are microwaved in a plastic container, not cooked on a grill. They overloaded the sandwich with terrible bacon that tasted off (either poor quality or near expiration). I took one bite and immediately threw it away.

You have to try every single sandwich they have. My favorite is the Rambo with lettuce and onions on a toasted everything bagel. They're so big, I can only eat half at a time.

Mainstay of Stamford bagel scene such as it is. Always a line out the door. Everything bagel with eggs and cheese is very satisfying.

Love this place! They're local, prices are fair, and bagels are always delicious. Their service is very quick and easy, they write the order right on the bag so it's very difficult to mess up. I go there fairly often and always enjoy it. Often times there's a line, so be ready to order when it's your turn! They're probably one of my favorite bagel establishments in Stamford.

The best! THEE BEST!!! What else is there to say. These guys know bagels and they know people. If you have any special requests or like something a little extra, just ask; they will accommodate. There's a reason why they are always busy here: they're amazing!!! Try the lox-job you won't be disappointed. 5 STARS!!!

I’ve been going to Liz Sue bagels for years- it’s been my go-to for bagels. I’m not exactly sure what happened though, but the taste has changed, for the worse. I don’t think I’m the only one experiencing this. Other reviews here have noted a “fishy” or “metallic” taste, but for me and my family, we’ve felt the bagels have a strange “dishwater” type after-taste which is obviously not very appealing. It’s been like this for multiple visits over a few months and it’s the same at both Stamford and Norwalk locations. Because of the bad taste, we have stopped coming here for bagels. What’s causing this?? Please go back to the original bagels so we can come back!

Bagel options are scarce in Stamford, and Liz Sue does a good job overall - however the quality of service various widely from employee to employee. For instance, the man with a “DJ my DJ” hat on put barely any cream cheese on my bagel the past 3 times I’ve gone.Overall, good bagels (also BEC sandwiches), but some of the staff leave a lot to be desired

So good! Got the Perro Grande which is avocado, eggs, chorizo sausage, jalapeño and pepper jack cheese. The staff ensure that the bagel was made to my liking and the filling was so satisfying I was full the whole day. The bagel was also fresh and good quality. Love this local spot!

I came here after seeing the high rating, but didn’t look at the recent reviews. I got a bacon egg and cheese. The eggs were placed into a plastic container and thrown in a microwave like McDonalds. The sandwich had a weird aftertaste. Needless to say, I will not be
