Local mom and pop , never came here but has been around forever and it is worth all the hype. Me and her are going through a small rough patch and we needed to get out and get something new and I am glad we came here for a little couples night and meal. I got a classic dish of fetticini Alfredo but with a twist added some shrimp in it. I am not a fish fan but boy it was good. Shrimp was fresh as the day is old and sauce was amazing and really hit the spot. The mood was just right and the service was excellent it was nice to have the feeling of being a handsome everyday man again and making her smile with her round little face was nice to see, the staff certainly helped set the mood for us and it was a great romantic experienced for everyone. Not sure if the owners name is really Luigi , but hey Lou thanks for a great night and setting my fiancée straight and keep up setting the mood and great food

BEST PIZZA IN STAMFORD. We always get the bbq chicken pizza. I've never had bbq pizza that tasted so good anywhere else. Order the tortellini Alfredo. It is unbelievable! Melts in your mouth. You won't regret ordering from Luigi's!!!!!!!!!

Tried chicken parm and fettuccine Alfredo both horrible. The cutlets are the frozen cutlets that you buy at restaurant depot that you just drop in the fryer and they over fried it. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like milk and water no cheese or salt really gross, even the pasta tasted like egg noodles and overcooked. So bad!! Back to Westover Pizza from now on.

Terrible service, waitress was yelling at servers while she herself wasn’t doing her job. Just okay food. Place had a distinct bathroom odor. Also they charge more on your CC than what’s on your bill. Do not recommend!
Have been ordering from this restaurant for over 5 years. Sometimes twice a week. We noticed the food and service started to decline. Ordered a sandwich for my son and specifically asked for no peppers. Got the sandwich and it was loaded with peppers. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the woman who took my order. When I told her about the mistake with my order, her only response was that they were very busy when I called. She did not attempt or offer to make it right by delivering the correct sandwich. This incident was now the third mistake that was made with one of our orders. Three strikes and you're out. This happened over 3 weeks ago and we have not ordered from them and won't order going forward.

Horrendous customer service. I spent over $50 for a salad and a pizza and a side of spaghetti for my kid. I asked for salad dressing on the side and parmesan on side for spaghetti. No dressing. No parmesan. My kid refused to eat the pasta and well who eats a salad with no dressing. Called the restaurant and they said sorry, we can't bring your dressing. I asked if I'm expected to eat a plain salad after spending $18 on this salad plus close to $10 in delivery fees, service fee and that's not including the tip. They still said ummm sorry. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. It was like speaking to a teenager. Ummm sorry. This is ridiculous. I spent over $50 and couldn't even enjoy my dinner with my kids. No salad dressing for my $18 salad. What kind of restaurant is this???Update: The "manager" said he would try to get a driver to bring my salad dressing. They never showed up.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would!! Went for dinner with my son. It was like I was totally ignored. Drinks - his was correct, mine was incorrect. Appetizer - his was correct, mine was never served (garden salad), entree - his was correct, mine not served until the waitress came by to check if everything was okay - obviously it WAS NOT. She offered a free dessert or espresso as an apology, but never followed through, so no dessert or coffee. Bill came - also incorrect - charged for the salad that never arrived and my son's entree was the incorrect price. The waitress argued over the $2 difference. Went to pay and was rudely advised there is a 3.9% surcharge for using a credit card. Surcharge does not appear on the menu or the receipt. Awful dining experience.
