Great pizza. What people call bake ziti is all wrong. They just put some cheese on the top, but there should be ricotta cheese mix in the Ziti.

Absolutely delicious Sicilian pie. Very good... Very fresh ... However... Very expensive. $27.50 for a pie with no toppings is way too much.Other items, also have inflated prices.It's a shame. Great if you have some extra pocket money...

Solid pizza and calzones with friendly service. The entrees I saw at nearby tables looked really good so I intend to come back to try some! Only downside here is the parking- very small lot and tough to maneuver when leaving esp in a large vehicle like a suburban.

Kind waitress, but if you're from NJ, the pizza may be one of the most disappointing experiences of your life. Was left in disbelief on the blandness of it. Didn't have any other food, can't speak in it.

The usual disclaimer up front: I'm reviewing entirely on my own impetus, with no incentives of any kind. Also, I typically only review places I really like, and Mario the Baker definitely makes the cut.Stopped in on the return leg of a short road trip entirely by chance — we overshot the place we were going to go and dove into MtB's parking lot because it was there.What a great find! Don't let the relaxed atmosphere fool you. This place knows good food.Both my hubs and I had the pasta special, a hearty Bolognese with mushrooms served over lovely wide noodles (which tasted like fresh pasta, not dried, but I didn't think to ask). The sauce was beautiful — a lovely melange of perfectly-balanced flavors, commented by a sprinkling of ricotta.Portions were generous. I had eaten almost nothing all day, so I finished mine, but under normal circumstances I probably would've taken half home.Overall, really great food, friendly service, and a relaxed family atmosphere make Mario the Baker well worth visiting.
Our family has been going to Mario’s for many years! ~ a Stamford favorite! It is a perfect place to go with your family to get great pizza, and very good entrées! Casual and friendly! Just called twice to place a pick up order. Both times, there was a pick up on the other end, then just dead silence. Not sure what the issue is, but if you guys want to do business, please make sure customers can actually reach you when they call.

I've been coming to Mario the Baker for so many years! It's one of my favorite places for eggplant Parmesan, Pizza and chicken Parm! I'd recommend trying the chicken Parm with vodka sauce

The lace looked really nice at first, however when I ordered my pasta it took a long time for me to receive it, but also I flounder tiny pieces of hair all over my pasta, which is real alt gross. I wouldn’t want to that place again.

Ordered a Pepperoni Calzone for delivery that was really good. The dough was soft cooked perfect. I didn't realize the sweet treats that were on the dessert menu but next time, I'd love to try something.
