Order was extremely late (2 hours late to be exact), staff was incredibly rude when I called. Didn’t even get a chance to ask if there was an issue before being shouted at that they make the food for me so they bring the food on their time… They told me the wait time was thirty minutes, but I waited longer before calling. Would’ve appreciated a nicer response, as I was in no way rude, I just said “hi, i placed an order two hours ago—“ then was interrupted by the shouting. On top of that, I wasn’t even given the correct order. Very unprofessional and rude business.

I order from them all the time and their is new lady employee who very nasty . She dont know how to talk to people. I think she think she is still in china. The service i ordered and paid they never brought the food. She told me we stole it . The delivery guy took it to the wrong door. I tried to show her camera, She did not want to see them.

i love this place. best chinese food in stamford hands down. cheap and quick. these other reviews are from people expecting gourmet michelin star meals, new china king has always been amazing. Their food to my family tastes like a night in watching a movie and grubbing. Not to mention the lady upfront knows spanish, english, and mandarin!! in a predominantly latino neighborhood, this fr stands out to me. They are quick, easy, and kind. Not sure how these reviews are saying they never got their food because one time they forgot my crab rolls and their son chased me down before i got to my car to make sure they gave them to me. These people work their ass off and it really shows, that's amazin. I'm off to college soon and i'm sure as hell gonna miss this place a lot. New china king has been my fam and i's go to and their food reminds me of being home in stamford, if you want cheap and quick chinese food, this is the place to go!!!!!

Ordered on Seamless and it was a disaster. Food was extremely late and the driver made the same wrong turn away from the house TWICE. The order was wrong (boneless spare ribs were not boneless) and the food was disgusting (rice way overcooked and flavorless, ribs chewy, sesame chicken sour and stringy, dumplings bland). Order was refunded by Seamless. Never again!
