worst service EVER i WAS a regular customer spent a lot of $$ there at least 3X a week...... picked up an order and asked for soy, mustard, sweet sauace, whatever and they wanted to charge me 75 cents.......not good business.....said i'd never go back but was in the mood for chinks and their foods cheap so i put in an order, they never tell you a time, i waited 20 minutes then left my house and when i got there the girl totally ignored me so i sat in a booth for a half hour, i had a good size order too, i walked out called belltown pizza and got great italian meal ..... in a timely manner......i DO NOT recommend panda AT ALL ......F them

Been going here for years. Quality has definitely taken a slide downhill.I ordered the fried butterfly shrimp appetizer. I could barely find the shrimp in each one. The fried unit was 5" x 3" , pretty big. The shrimp inside was barely the size of a quarter. Unbelievable.

bunch of scammers. messed up my order 2 times in a row and when I called to inform them they denied that I ever ordered the item. Then i check my credit card and they charged me $8 for the item they forgot even though the website says it is $7. the original receipt says $73 but i checked my statement and I was charged $80 plus the additional $8 for the item they forgot. subtotal on the reciept was $68 and it said exactly $5 for tax which if you do the math, doesn't add up with the states tax rates. very shady business will not be buying from this location anymore.

Don't buy here. I called ahead. They did not make the food. I waited 20min and the food was horrible. It wasn't hot nor tasty. Just go somewhere else, they don't serve a quality product.

Place steals your money and rips you off. They do not give you a receipt for what you ordered. Very sketchy business! Please take your money elsewhere! They put in extra and sneak charges. Their should be a legal team in their investigating the fraudulent schemes. Place looks like shit. They never gives you sauces or utensils. Probably charge you $5 anyways. STAY AWAY

I've had food from here several times. It's so so, some times the French fries are real good, but most times they are very dry and old tasting. The fried chicken (mostly half a chicken, wings are better) the last few times was very dry and I've ordered at varies times. The chicken and broccoli is okay. Beef and broccoli can be better at times as well as egg foo young and pork fried rice. Everything just varies and it's not consistent enough for me to rate them higher, because you never know what you will get when you order. When they are good, they are about a 3.5/5

very late delivery and the person who delivers the food always with a bad attitude… really bad service! just because I can't give zero stars.
I've been there two times the second time was to give it another chance. The place looks dirty and depressing and it certainly doesn't encourage me to eat their food. I've worked and lived in this area for a very long time and they never made an effort as far as I know to fix up the place and make it look hospitable.

I’ve had Panda hundreds of times since childhood, and it’s a staple of “I don’t feel like cooking” nights since then. I’ve never had a bad meal, and they’ve always been willing to add or remove ingredients (I HATE celery but it’s in many dishes). Prices have gone up noticeably in the last couple years, but it seems like that’s everywhere. I don’t see myself stopping eating from there. (I’ve only dined in once for lunch, otherwise all takeout or delivery. Delivery never arrived cold!)

If there was a negative star I'd have checked it, it was that bad... took one look & knew it wasn't going to be good, took one bite & thrrew it in the garbage. I ordered the shredded pork with spicy garlic sauce; almost no pork, huge pieces of bell peppers & onions & mostly shredded carrots. Couldn't even taste any garlic & if wasn't spicy at all. This is not Chinese food it's crap & I know my chinese food afterwards having been allover China over 1( times & at least 25 to Hong Kong! so anyone who thinks this place is goid has no clue
