Overpriced and mediocre but at least they have a gluten free option. However, person behind counter is transphobic and thought it would be funny to harass me when I picked up order. Im just a disabled woman but person thought it amusing to call me a man repeatedly. Suggest Remo's 1.5 blocks away. Nice people, significantly better pizza at same price. When I dropped my cane, the manager jumped to pick it up for me.

Wow. Planet Pizza is the bad boyfriend I keep going back to because it’s convenient but all it does is let me down. I used to come here every day during work 5 years ago. Their delivery and food has gone down hill. Delivery on soggy bread with chewy chicken and hours ago made fries. Yuck

I was there and got 4 slices and 2 drinks. The pizza was okay but nothing special and definitely not authentic NY pizza. The worst part about all of this is it cost $25 for all of it. These prices are insane especially because I can actually go to New York and order the same thing for like $7. I don't recommend this

They need to hire reliable people to work here. I ordered my food which was never delivered. Guy says he left my food but clearly did not show up. I'm trying to reach the store no answer, I finally decided to drive there and they are closed. So now I can't even get my money back. Beyond

My family has been going here since we moved on Bedford street, 18 years ago, they were much better then. The place was cleaner and the people taking orders were more pleasant. A about a few weeks ago my mother and I ordered a pizza for delivery, it would have been nice if this location included how much a large cheese, pizza will cost entirely with delivery or even better included it on the Planet Pizza app which is where I go to order but this day I had to call in because I was using cash. Secondly, I was extremely disappointed that they driver didn't have any cash on him so I gave him the 40 dollars that I had left to pay for it and he just ran off with the money! My mom and I made sure we called and informed Planet Pizza that he had to give me the change back and that took an hour. When I order here with a debit card, I don't have any problems with this restaurant which is most of the time.Now, the food is about the same as it's always been it's just more expensive of course. We always try to give this location of chance, we stop eating there and then we eat there again and stop, it's a cycle will stop completely after this incident.Side note: I do enjoy the Planet Pizza location in Greenwich, the owner and staff were very pleasant, the place was clean as it the tables didn't still have the customers' crumbs before on the table still.Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy the atmosphere both inside the restaurant and the outside atmosphere too.

A coworker and I ordered a large pizza for delivery and gave them clear instructions to go to the back of the building when they arrive. We were told it would take between 30-45 minutes. After an hour we called and were told the driver would be there shortly. Finally after 2 more phone calls and 30 more minutes we called the store again and were told the driver could not get a hold of us. We were only 5 minutes away from the store so we decided to wait for the driver to come back. The driver finally showed up after 2 hours and the pizza was not worth the $30 we payed for it. My lunch, my wallet, and the rest of my day have been ruined and I will never recover from this event.
I made a phone call and placed an order however, the person who answered the phone was very rude. He had awful customer service skills, and I had to repeat myself many times. I think the business should consider having pleasant people take the orders before they start losing customers.
