The weekend evening experience at this Pokemoto is quite good. The food is consistently delicious and they are always generous and cordial. Great service, high quality ingredients. Recommend for dine in, for sure.

I have been ordering Pokemoto on and off for the last few years, but my orders have been more disappointing as time went on. My husband dropped off my bowl for lunch; it smelled weird and was not fresh. For a $20 poke bowl, you should do better.

Ordered thru DoorDash. They put all the toppings but literally zero of the sauces I asked for. It was just a dry bowl of rice with stuff thrown on top. Pretty bland without it obviously. It's a big portion and the Tuna, salmon and shrimp were good and fresh so I gave it an extra star.

Pretty good food quality but what I think they excel at is their portion size. My order is always so stuffed and dense that I have trouble even opening the container. I highly recommend this place just for that alone. Food quality is good as well, with a large variety of toppings which have yet to disappoint me. I plan to keep coming back for overstuffed pokebowls in the immediate future :)

the place is okay. i went in and the worker who made my food was okay, he could've been more welcoming and i felt kinda rushed. the chicken was cold and the food wasn't the best. i've tried the pokomoto in New Haven and it was the best I've ever had. the bowls are very expensive. I asked for shrimp but they just had it in a container and it wasn't even done. wouldn't recommend this specific place, if you're craving the bowls go somewhere else

The avocado is black. I had tried this place twice. The quality is usually not bad but surprised by how their ingredients seem to be not fresh. Not my go to spot.

Got poke today for lunch. There was a dude there working today that served. Between 1-2pm. He totally lied to us and said that the card machine doesn't work, while the other girl worker said it does work. He was being sketchy, I knew something was up. She left and he pretended to work the card machine, then said we have to pay cash. He made up some perfectly even number. We paid. The dude did not open any registers, he ducked down and put the cash on the low shelf and literally while squatted down fished his pocket for a change. This place is way to sketch for my taste. Will not buy anything from here. The most blatant thievery I have witnessed. Damn.

Food is good when you get a certain time of day. If you get it too late aka after 5, the things aren't as fresh especially the rice. The staff is pretty all over the place. If you get the regular who's been there since opening, he's good and polite. Lately the new hires are unprofessional, don't look like they work there or look like they don't want to be there and don't apologize for their bad manners. I only eat from here if I really crave it but I've just been avoiding buying from here now. Sad because they used to be soooo good.
