Fine dining on the Stamford Harbor. It was a nice day but too cold for outside dining. They have a sushi chef that prepares rolls in the dining room. I had the burger no bun which I liked. Also the lobster chowder was very good with crème fraiche. I liked the hamachi roll and also the chicken paillard salad was tasty.

Great food and amazing service! Went there today for a work lunch and the service was excellent. The waitstaff went above and beyond to make sure everyone at our table left happy (not to mention full). Would definitely recommend!

First time here. We got the 3course prefix menu and started with some rolls and truffle parmesab gnocchi. Rolls were very well balanced and the gnocchis were 10/10 I literally love it. As a second we got short rib w lobster salad and petite filet mignon. Overall we enjoyed the dinner and the view. Id recommend you to come before sunset?

I ordered the salmon and it was extremely greasy and flavorless. Even the vegetables were soggy with grease. Terrible dinner. Couldn't eat it. My husband's steak was supposed to be medium and was almost raw. He also didn't eat. We ordered desert: crème brule (“remind me not to order this again” was my husbands comment) and s'mores desert was also very mediocre. We have liked this restaurant in the past and have eaten here many times but this time the food was terrible. Not sure what happened.

The food was amazing! I had the mafaldine Nero which is a seasonal selection and my fiancé had the beef Wellington and both were delicious. The Wellington was cooked perfectly and my pasta with braised octopus was to die for. We also had the creme brûlée which was delicious. The margarita was one of the tastiest margaritas and I’m not a big margarita fan. The old fashioned with hibiscus infused bourbon was unique in it’s taste but I loved it. It gave the bourbon a refreshing taste. Service was excellent!

Although our waiter David was very good, our table was never offered the pre-fix restaurant 2 week menu special which began the day we were there on Sunday, February 18- Saturday, March 2nd. I see it advertised online. $65pp separate menu.

We usually come here once a year for Mother's Day because it's a special occasion spot. My friend and I had a show in Stamford so I decided to take her given it was a special night. At first they tried to sit us at a communal table with plastic dividers ... I can't think of anything less special then having to watch strangers eat their meal through a plastic divider. The server was awkwardly lurking around our table waiting for us to order, when we clearly were amidst deep conversation and catching up. We ordered to share: Bluepoint oysters, a Cesar salad, negeri sushi, salmon entree and side of fries. Usually oysters come out right away but they served all the food at once? Also strange that they split the Cesar but when the fish came it wasn't split. I was also shocked to find the fish was farmed (not wild) and the texture was fatty and mealy. Not sure if management has changed or what, but this certainly didn't feel like a 5 star experience- which is what the price point would suggest.

Good, but not great. My steak was chewy, and not flavorful. My cocktail (martini) was probably the smallest I've ever had. The best part of the meal was my espresso and dessert. So, considering the overall experience, not really worth it, unless it's your only option.

Very well prepared food and drinks in a spot that could make you feel like you have travelled much further than the South shore of CT. Uber professional friendly service . A true special occasion site
