Service here is not the same. The old staff was honestly so incredible, but unfortunately the new staff looks so bothered even to serve you as if it's a waste of the entire time. It is genuinely such a waste of space in Harbor Point. The line is always ridiculous, the new staff is rude and can never manage. This place never has anything in stock, so over this awful place wasting space in Harbor Point. Save yourself the headache!!

However, the food situation was disappointing. They advertise yogurt parfaits, pastries, and hot sandwiches, but almost none of the things were available. I would suggest that management make clear what hours food is actually offered and served!

My favorite coffee spot in harbor point! Conveniently located right in the middle of the main meadow near the park and grass. I always get their hot coffee which is like rocket fuel for me. Their pastries are great too, I like their chocolate croissants though I also have friends who have raved about their bagels and other snacks. The folks who work there are also super friendly - our dog loves coming with us for a pup-cup and a treat!

I recently visited this coffee shop and had a rather mixed experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the spiced chai, which was absolutely flavorful. However, my positive impression was marred by a few unfortunate incidents. Firstly, I noticed the price of the spiced chai on the menu did not match the amount charged on my receipt. This was a bit disappointing as I expected transparency in pricing. When I brought up the issue with the staff, they appeared to be a bit unsure of how to handle the situation, which left me feeling frustrated. Adding to my disappointment, there seemed to be a lack of efficiency in the service. Despite arriving before another customer who was behind me in line, they were served before I was. This small oversight contributed to a sense of dissatisfaction with the overall experience. In the end, while the spiced chai was undoubtedly a high point, the inconsistencies in addressing the issue and the discrepancy in serving order, left me less than pleased with my visit to this coffee shop.

While taking a leisurely walk with the pup this morning, I decided to stop at PROOF for a quick bite and a much-needed cup of coffee. I opted for a mocha Frappuccino that hit all the right notes, perfectly blending the flavors of coffee and chocolate. The warm staff also gave my dog a cookie, which definitely made her morning!I also ordered a croissant that was everything I could have hoped for – soft, flaky, and simply delightful.I decided to take a seat at one of the tables and soaked up the gorgeous weather while being entertained by playful dogs in Commons Park. It was such a peaceful and joyful way to start the day!

This is a coffee shoppe that serves beverages to be enjoyed either on the go, or, seated outside. No indoor seating. There are tables and chairs as well as park benches, space for the kids to play nearby, and wonderful dog parks nearby. Best of all if you bring your pup, they can have a pup friendly treat, on the house. Young folks working the shoppe, are lovely people, and super helpful.
Great coffee and what a nice spot on the park! A bit overpriced in my opinion but the quality is excellent nevertheless!

Paid for two bagels WITH cream cheese… bagels are good but the amount of cream cheese is incredibly disappointing. Tossed these out, didn’t want to eat a plain everything bagel. Third time it’s happened after previously addressing, will no longer be patronizing.

As a bona fide coffee lover I am hard to please. I'd heard great things about Proof coffee so I expected it to be delicious. OMG. Seriously, this is THE BEST coffee I've had in my 40 years of coffee drinking. I usually like cream & sugar with coffee, but this Proof coffee is so amazing, flavorful & smooth I chose to go without any sweetener for my second cup. That's how I will drink it from now on (only Proof coffee, though). I had the Swiss decaf. It had delightful, subtle hints of chocolate, earthy notes, lots of depth to the flavor and a natural sweetness. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!

Reviewer Chris J. nailed it. Lots of turnover here. Employees are friendly but some don't know how or still learning how to use the latte/cappuccino machine. It's disappointing trying to get a hot latte drink only to sip a lukewarm one. It's hit or miss. They're happy to make you a new one. I've recommended a thermometer to use in the in the milk frother cup so they don't have to guess if the milk is hot enough (Starbuck's uses a thermometer!). I go here out of convenience since I live across the street. I've had breakfast food here which is pretty good. The alternative is to walk a little further to Patisserie Salzburg which is consistently excellent. PCR will still get my business but could always improve. They have a captive audience!
