We went after they stopped serving food. Drinks were fine but seemed a little watered down. Music was WAY too loud. My ears rang all day afterwards. Atmosphere was fine.. they should really limit how loud the DJ can play, you can give someone permanent damage playing it that loud.

The place itself is beautiful, atmosphere is great but the service is questionable. I've been there twice for brunch where each time after being seated, a waitress didn't show up until being asked for. They never seem to know about their menu, nor what's going on. Both times I ordered their brunch nachos in hopes to get what's described on the menu and instead of potatoes they served it with chips, even after assuring me that they wouldn't do that the second time. Somehow they always run out of potatoes, yet are able to serve them with other dishes. I also wasn't provided with silverware because the waitress said "they ran out." I probably wouldn't go back to eat there.

I’m leaving a 1 star review due to the horrible behavior and service of our waitress during brunch time. She slammed the check on the table and on top of it yelled at me in front of everyone including in front of the Manager. I waited for my food for around an hour and it never arrived, when I decide to cancel my order apparently she did not like it bcs she raised her voice to me . These type of people should not be in this type of industry if they do not know how to treat people neither how to work under stress. I’ve been thousands of times at this restaurant and I have never had a disappointment at all. But after today’s experience I will never be back.

I went to Sign of The Whale with a group of friends for a birthday brunch. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The ambience of the restaurant immediately put me in a festive mood, with all the beautiful colors and flowers. The service was excellent also and the staff was so nice and accommodating to all of us.The food was delicious and the drinks were so original that I had to keep trying different ones and still can't decide what my favorite was.I noticed a few other birthday parties going on as well, and when the DJ came and the music started everything got even better. The free 360 photo feature was so much fun!I highly recommend Sign of the Whale in beautiful Harbor Point. We traveled an hour to get there and it was well worth the trip!

Spend about 150$ on dinner which I think is over priced for 2 appetizers a burger and 4 drinks. Unfortunately my burger was disgusting had left me with some kinda of food poisoning that has me home for the past 2 days with an upset stomach. They seemed short staffed as the server didn’t frequent the table often and left us waiting 15 minutes for our bill. Wouldn’t really recommend unless you going for the decore and some instagram photos that’s about it. Wouldn’t be returning.
