This place was a surprise that hit the ballpark! I don’t do this often but I want to recognize my server, I don’t want to put her name in public but let’s just say it’s Sara with an S, one small issue was I did not notice a name tag. But with her service I got over that first let me tell you she had me try the French toast with strawberry and banana , I don’t like fruit much and i found out it was bomb . Also we did begin a bit shaky because Sara was doing a good job but seemed upset, I can’t go into personal details because I don’t know them. But I told her like I tell my daughter, chica wear your smile like it is your hottest clothing and make sure you show sass and confidence as a woman and men will respect you like a queen. She really took to my advice and she was smiling the entire time after. A small word of wisdom can really change a woman’s attitude and I was there for her. I hope management is good to this young lady and keeps giving her guidance and loving support as a community I did that. Keep coming back here for that French toast and I will keep making her smile, please tip your waitresses well people they work harder than most people. Also the table and the bathroom was spotless keep up the work owners.

I was visiting from out-of-state and decided to look for a local diner with homemade breakfast. I found Springdale diner, and I liked the photos on Google so I decided to stop in there. There was parking right in front of the diner, and as soon as I walked inside, I was greeted with a warm, welcome and smile by all staff and waiters. The food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing. The French toast was homemade and fluffy. The fruit was fresh, the eggs were good and my cranberry juice tasted real. I came in during a shift change and the first waiter. Leslie was amazing and so was the second waiter Donna . I am very happy with my experience, and if I visit again, I will eat there again.

Portions are decent, the food was tasty. Waitstaff was nice. I got the Irish Benedict, creamy hollandaise sauce served on cornhash which was a new try for me. Yummy ? 4 stars.

This is our go to place. Very relaxed atmosphere and coffee always refilled. A lot of locals and regulars come here and get to know the staff and they get to know you. A true part of the Springdale community!

Great food, bad service, make sure you ask for everything the first time your waitress comes because you won’t see them again until they bring the check.

Worth the money. As fast as fast food.

waitress lady was very rude and disrespectful, she didn’t even let me order pancakes and skimmed over me. When I went to pay she threw me the money and coins. The milkshake was just ice cream and warm milk.

Awful experience. I am a lifetime Springdale resident and I can't believe how badly we were treated. A handful of customers and 3 servers standing around and no one waited on us, not even a glass of water! I had to get their attention to get service. And the breakfast sandwich was mediocre. Never again.

came here and asian lady was very disrespectful when my friend was ordering and took over 5 seconds she immediately switched to a male customer and started taking his order and this put us all in a bad mood and we barely got any service after we got our food and from the beginning when we asked for napkins they never came until we finished eating and asked for them again and my half my bagel was burnt and I had to scrape it off.

After very few reviews, I was eager to check this little place out and offer my opinion. We came on a Sunday morning, had no wait at all, and were greeted immediately by friendly staff. We were asked for our coffee orders and brought coffee right away. The menu is extensive, with a lot to choose from. The place is small, but feels like a classic diner. I appreciated that the menu offered raisin toast. Our food came out right away. We got breakfast specials, one with all three meats and one with a slice of French toast. Both of us ordered our eggs over easy. One set came out as ordered, and the other sunny-side up. The bacon was where I was disappointed. Usually Diner bacon is nice and crisp. This was limp and undercooked. Bummer! Otherwise everything was just fine. We'd definitely return, and I'd like to try their lunch/dinner offerings.
