over priced and overrated. salads are all the same size in protein and add ins the only thing they add more of is lettuce which makes their large salad a lot of nothing for the price point. management is rude and demands tips when you're contacting them about their business shortcomings to begin with. wouldn't recommend... go to CHOPT fresher food bigger salads GREAT customer service side bar: stamford salads owners also own cappricios, another overpriced sad excuse for a food establishment in dt stamford.

They consistently get the salad wrong. I ask for no cheese and lemon juice and I get cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

A $32 custom salad that takes 1.5hours to arrive (two days in a row). The salads are great but why am I paying a premium for the long delivery time ($5 delivery fee)? Will not be ordering from here again.

Great salads. But found sharp pieces of either GLASS or HARD PLASTIC in my smoothie. Called them to report it and they gave me a $8.00 refund for my smoothie only. I expected a refund for my entire meal and a voucher for another free lunch on the house after nearly shredding my insides by ingesting a sharp piece of glass. Don’t you guys want customers coming back?!???? Instead I will no longer be a customer and am writing this review for awareness.

Ordered a salad with gorgonzola cheese, they gave me romaine and gorgonzola, what is that? Will never go back there again. I am a Chopt customer and they never fail me yet and they are organic. On top of the messed up salad they changed me $22 for a small lettuce and cheese and a medium ceaser.

They were VERY rude to me on the phone, they lost my order, and then gave it to some random guy on the street. When I asked them to refund me they told me it was my problem so Now im broke and hungry. Never again.
It took them an hour to deliver soup and a smoothie. When they finally supposedly delivered it, they gave it to a random guy. I called them and said I never received it, and the guy on the phone said that it wasn't his problem. I gave it to whoever took the food. We called the delivery guy, and he sent me to voicemail twice. They then said they will absolutely not give me a refund and that it's my problem to deal with

The salad is good, I've ordered from here plenty of times. The salad always comes with a small slice of bread. This time, they gave me a piece of bread covered in mold. I won't be going back.

If I could give them less than one star I would! A very long story short after ordering $230 worth of food 5 orders which where paid for all $20 salads came without items on them. Except one came without two items asked for, but rather they chose to put potatoes & cranberries on it instead ???? Go figure. To say the least, not only was it wrong it was awful I threw mine in the garbage. Funny thing was the orders were hand typed for them. Couldn't do anything about it as it was already very late. When addressing with the owner in the morning he claims how busy they are. Funny thing is I asked them ahead of time if they could accommodate us and they said yes. So if they were busy they should've just said they couldn't. Either way when a customer orders an item and they're paying $20 for a salad they should get what they're paid for. So owner states I'm not sure what you want me to do for you? What kind of a business owner says something like that to a customer? Arrogant and ignorant!!!
