I want to give a big thank you and commendation to the server. There was a woman with questions about the restaurant outside who was worried about going up the stairs. He insisted he would come down and he answered all of her questions. Fantastic hospitality and the food is quite good!

Good food, nice staff. There's a lovely covered porch that is heated in the winter. Convenient place to go for a meal before or after a Curtain Call show or for a beer after golfing. I am taking away one star because the kitchen can be very slow. If you need to make a show on time, I would go early.

Ordered via food delivery service... Had the fried chicken (dry and and overly chewy), a sampler appetizer (dried out wings, soggy onion rings, generic moz sticks, but the chicken tenders were really good).We also ordered Mac n cheese... Absolutely terrible. Kraft Mac and cheese, though boxed is far superior.Disappointing... Won't order again.

I am so disappointed and disgusted by how I just spend 71 dollars on two orders of pizza and wings. The wings was so hard and over cook and taste like there where two days old. The pizza was burned and the cheese tasted weird. Call up and told them about this and got a reorder of wings. This is terrible you not suppose to have horrible pizza and wings.
Like the other reviews, this is a beautiful, quaint Connecticut restaurant. I highly recommend it! Me and my three girlfriends sat on the patio. The golf scenery is beautiful.The food was excellent! The burger was thick and juicy. Salads were super fresh. We all had zero complaints on our food! Our male server was patient, warm and pleasant. The Stillery is fast becoming one of my favorite spots! I will definitely be back. (I can't give it five stars bc I think they should have an elevator for the folks who can't climb stairs.)

Where to start...even with a reservation no one greeted us and eventually told to seat ourselves. Waitress was hardly efficient with no warmth nor personality. House salad was good, shrimp scampi had no flavor not edible. Hamburger overcooked with a smidge of cheese. Took 2 requests to get extra ketchup and when ketchup arrived, bottle was still sealed shut. Follow up from waitress didn't come till end of meal. Run don't walk away from The Stillery Restaurant!

I ordered a personal pizza. When it arrived, it was pure charcoal. I have never seen food so burnt in my life. I could not even eat it! The manager promised me a full refund. She said that she put it through. She did not. My credit card company informed me that Royal Green had not canceled the order. I tried reaching out to them again and could not get through. Poor food and poor service.
Table service ... Waiting 30 minutes for rare classic burger ... waited 10 minutes to get my drink refreshed ... waited 20 minutes to get the check ... waitress was hiding ... would have liked to hsve had another drink or so but the thought of hsving to wait another 20 minutes wss not attractive ...

It's become a regular for us. Great hamburgers and ribs, lots of good sandwiches, and some really interesting and nicely done specials. If the weather permits, sit out on the porch overlooking the golf course.

We had my daughter’s first birthday party on the four-season heated deck in December 2022 and it was absolutely perfect. We worked with Thalia who was so professional and organized leading up to the day. We were able to customize the buffet menu to our needs and the room set up was exactly how we discussed. On the day of the event, everything went off without a hitch. I was able to arrive early to put up a few decorations. The service was incredible. All of the guests as they arrived were attended to proactively with their drink orders. And the food was phenomenal. It really gave me and my husband peace of mind so we could enjoy the time with our guests celebrating our daughter. Bonus - towards the end of the afternoon, Thalia and team proactively wrapped and packaged all of the surplus food for me and a few guests to take home — so so considerate. Huge thanks to Thalia and the awesome staff. I highly recommend hosting a family friendly, enjoyable event at the Stillery!

We dined here for the first time on a weekday for lunch. First, Whiskey sour was ungarnished. We requested bread/butter numerous times before it was served, cold and stale. Soup of the day was lukewarm and my king prime rib order was bloody rare, though I requested it medium. It came back more done, but the meat’s freshness was questionable. Asparagus was undercooked and flavorless. The shrimp my husband ordered were not jumbo. No comparison with Zody’s 19th Hole, where every dining experience has been excellent.Parking: Ample parking
