Coming from someone who works in customer service, the guy on the phone was unnecessarily rude and hung up on me. It really makes me not want to go back even though I like some of the food. I haven’t been for a while but in the past everyone was nice but this experience really put me off.

I am writing in regard to a bad experience at the Hope Street location today (3/8/24) when I went in to pick up an order of chicken wings and a cheese pizza.I went in after being told my order would be ready in 30 minutes, walked in and my order of chicken wings was done but not my ONE pizza that I had called to place an hour before. To wait a whole hour for a single pizza, while the other half of my order sat there getting cold, is unbelievable.The worst part of it came when I waited the additional ten minutes the staff said to wait, and then asked if it was ready (again, I had been waiting a whole hour and had already paid the whole order) when an extremely rude staff member told another staff member to tell me that I couldn’t cancel, and if I did, I would have to pay for PIZZA THAT I HADNT RECEIVED or else I couldn’t leave.It is appalling to get this response from a person working in customer service, especially when I had not been rude at all. Not only this, the fact that this was her response without even knowing that I had already paid for my order is absolutely disgusting.I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employee's actions. I trust that this is not the way that you do business, but after years of ordering from here, I will no longer be giving my business to you.

The chicken scarp is amazing, among all the other tasty treats... an old school pizzaria - walk up order and a couple of tables and counters if u want to sit... and great service and conversation to go with ur meal.

Good evening everyone, I have no problem with this establishment but some of the people that works there is very very unprofessional the way they answer the phone and their attitude is ridiculous even I still order there due to the distance and also I have spoke to the manager regarding the the employees that works there with their attitude but he denies it and stated to me that none of his employees never had an attitude with none of the customers so at that point I realize who I was dealing with..

Terrific casual place with good basic Italian food. You can get beer and wine here. Seating is limited and the service is friendly We enjoyed everything we ate and the food came quickly and nice and hot which is important to us! Definitely will be going back. Good value for money.

I always eat at westover pizza. They have the best pizza the best wings and the best everything. But tonight made me appreciate them even more. I was walking the neighborhood wondering what I was going to eat. I had $5 in my pocket. I said I'll get a slice of pizza. Didn't know how much 1 slice was and he let me know I had enough for 1 slice. Instead of letting me buy 1 slice. He let me buy 2 slices for money I had. It really showed a decency in humanity. Of course I will bring the difference when i return but just to offer the 2nd slice was amazing. Thank you for restoring my faith in people. And thank you for having the best food.

Right when you walk in, cashier sitting on his phone every time. The Sicilian is literally a block of bread with cheese on top, save yourself. Their regular slices are better, a bit greasy, but nothing a napkin can’t fix. Cold drinks, sweet desserts, the place is okay.
