What a disaster of a place. Order kiosk was glitching, I needed a receipt from work and could not get it from the kiosk or the staff. Counters were filthy. The halcyon days of McDonalds are long gone.

Literally the worst I've had in everything I ordered was made wrong. Except the nuggets and fries but they were cold like everything else too.. one worker was swearing in the background that looked like a manager about not being able to eat himself. Soon as I walked through the door I smelled the stench of the restroom. Can't believe they let this place go down so bad.. never go back again

Right off the highway and decent parking. Picked up an App order from the McDonald's site for lunch.Parking: Decent parking for an order pickup and with the ability to go on your next destination.

Nicely refreshed interior, fresh food, poor service. Ordered table service and had the counter staff yelling my name and table number from the front counter to fetch it from them instead of bringing it to me as requested—not pleasant for me or anyone dining that doesn’t want to listen to yelling while eating.

5 star service. Popped in to wash my hands and grab a bite before a meeting nearby and was served by Deon (Dion?). His level of service was extremely high and he gave me good advice when i asked him questions about what i wanted to offer. I would come back just for his customer service.
I thought they kept saying “Welcome to Mr. McDonalds” but they are saying Mystic McDonalds hahaha. I’ve been here a few times and always friendly service and hot food.

Sat at the drive thru menu for about 6 minutes with no one at the other end, as four more people pulled up behind me. I had to ask if someone was there. It's the only McDonalds with no way of knowing if there are customers waiting. Drove around and pick up my order. Hit the road and started to eat. The first thing I noticed was the two hash browns were over cooked/burnt. Ended up with just my breakfast sandwich today. Just one bit out of one of the hash brown left a lasting burnt taste for my drive. This was the only time at any McD's I encountered problems like this.

The Mystic McDonald's is by far the worst fast food establishment I have ever been in!The garbage pails were overflowing with trash, and they kept screwing up everyone's orders!I ordered a vanilla milkshake and on the very bottom of the cup there was a layer of chocolate syrup, as if they realized their mistake and said screw it!

Long story short my young son slipped on there wet floor that had no sign, bumped his head pretty hard. All they said was sorry fill out a report and here is 2 happy meal toys for him!
