It is now 716pm with no delivery I called and was told Friday nights are busy but not to worry my order was done and waiting for a driver I can only imagine what my old order will taste like after sitting waiting to be delivered Do yourselves a favor and order elsewhere I had two different deliveries and refused them both between the 2 drivers I did not get all items ordered awful I did use your delivery drivers not door dash

Ordered a sweet pizza for 15 bucks. Such a disappointment!! Ugh! They gave it to us wrapped up in paper no box. It was extremely dry and extremely bland , no flavor at all not even a little bit, just really bad taste and had to wait about 40 mins for just that. Well I learned my lesson, never again.

We placed a very large order for a birthday party at the last minute. The Pizza Lady got the order delivered to us right on time, and everyone at the party kept asking where it was from because it was so good. Very happy with our experience and will definitely be back.

Christmas Eve of 2023. My wife and I we're picking up an order we placed well in advance because of the holiday season we knew it would be busy. With no available parking I pulled by the driveway and told my wife I'll run in and get the order, if someone comes out then just move the car. I went in and it was total chaos! No lines were formed it was a free for all! I asked people who was next and where's the line? They had no idea. A lady preordered her food the day before and it wasn't done! There were a lot of employees behind the counter but half of them had major attitudes and wanted to go home for the holiday. Whatever, it's understandable, The Pizza Lady is under new ownership and they haven't tweaked out the busy season. I get it! But....when I walked out with my order I noticed my wife had moved the car and double parked on street. I get inside the car and she's furious! Remember before, we were parked in front of the driveway where the delivery car was. The delivery woman was putting an order in her car and said a few things to my wife with anger, well the window was closed. My wife rolled her window down and told the woman "no need to be hostile I will move the car now!" The delivery woman's reply was "Fuck you!" My wife wouldn't dare to stoop to her level and just moved the car. I told my wife to forget it ever happened! We said nothing to management because of the timing and whatnot. They will learn the hard way. They have no respect for ANYONE! The pizza lady has a great name with great people for years prior to the new owner. The new owners can suck it, a lot of people have been complaining about the service with them. The food was ok as far as that, but everything else is not worth getting treated so badly! It took a lot for my wife not to knock that sad excuse for a woman out of her misery! I'll only give it 1 star because of the food was ok. Thanks for reading! I’ve been ordering soupy pizza for at least 20 years now never ever had a complaint about it. The last six months food has gone downhill. I’ve gotten my soupy pizza with hardly any soupy or with way too much cheese.Sometimes it just doesn’t taste right. The crust has been soggy or it is burnt. You never know what you’re going to get these days. very disappointed. couldn’t imagine what was going on then I found out they sold it. Big aha moment. I am going to miss my miss my Soupy Pizza .won’t be going back. Sorry.

She is extremely helpful.. professional and generous! Your establishment is quintessential in this little town of ours and your employees make it worth every penny!
The pizza was amazing as always. Made a huge mistake and ordered online through grubhub. They took a really, really long time to get here and you end up paying more unless you call Pizza Lady directly. I Thank pizza lady employees for the information and for taking the time to call me and let me know my pizza was ready and how long it was sitting there waiting for grubhub.Spend your money on local small business!!

My favorite pizza in the area. Soupy pizza is great and my other favorite is the Italian pizza w meatballs, sausage, soupy, and peppers. Delicious! Online ordering is a breeze and it's usually ready in 30 min.

Pizza lady always have great food! But when I went there 2 days ago in afternoon and order me a small grinder the young lady that took my order wrote everything down how I like my grinder. The lady that made my grinder didn’t make exactly how she suppose to make it. I ask for no salt and light lettuce. When I get to work to eat my grinder way to much salt and pack it with lettuce and grinder wasn’t good. For price of these sandwiches was very disappointing!

Pizza is amazing, salads are great... just stay away from the fried shrimp, wait, did I say shrimp... if you can find the sliver of what might be shrimp, it is not the shrimp that's in the picture on their website... it's a quarter of a tiny tiny salad shrimp... i know it's a pizza place, but don't sell fried shrimp then if ya can't do it right!!!! I was so looking forward to them!!! Sad sad sad.... The two stars are not for the pizza!!! The pizza is 6 stars all day long... stay in your lane if ya can't do it right
