I ate today here, comparing to other subways she is maintaining clean environment and giving fresh food.She is very friendly in nature and receiving us in polite way.If any one want to eat without coupons I strongly recommend this store.

Terrible service!!I ordered 3 sandwiches for pick-up.When I arrived I was told my order was canceled..Confused, I asked for a reason as to why and I think she was the owner, told me she doesn’t need to give me a reason. I’m assuming it was because I used a coupon on the phone app. Frustrated I left with no explanation as to why my order was canceled. I then called and asked for the phone number to corporate and she said “look online” and immediately hung up the phone on me.This store needs to be evaluated by corporate because they are giving subway a bad reputation.I’d give 0 stars if I could..

Worst experience in have ever had at a Subway in my 40+ years of eating there. Ordered an 18. She started making a 16. When I told her that was the wrong sandwich, she corrected course. She put 2 slices of cheese on it. New menu says 2x. Isn’t that 4 slices? When I asked, she said, oh you want extra cheese? She started to toast it and I said I don’t want it toasted. She then dropped the whole sandwich on the floor. That can happen to anyone. Once she started toppings, she kept closing my sandwich and I had to keep saying I’m not done. She checked me out and walked away. I tore off my own receipt. It was all very weird. I also noticed the “we don’t accept coupons” sign. Bread is stale. 100% would not recommend.

Ok , my partner and I have been here a few times and they’ve done a great job until Saturday Nov 26 in the afternoon..The girl who made our sandwiches, literally put enough meat on the sandwich. It looked like pieces of paper. There were hardly any pieces of meat on that sandwich and we’ve never had that happen before so it was extremely disappointing.???? I hope the manager is reading this and does something about it. Whoever was working at your store at that time needs to have a conversation.!!!It’s really sad when you can get a sandwich anywhere in Mystic that’s really pretty darn good you really don’t need this happening!!!! We all got ham sandwiches and I’m telling you it was like a piece of paper inside my sandwich, along with the lettuce and the tomato and the cheese.. REALLY ????SO DISAPPOINTING WHEN YOU’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO WHAT YOU GOT THE LAST TWO TIMES AND YOU DIDN’T!! PLEASE MAKE THIS BETTER!! T Catanzaro, a resident of Mystic !!Parking: EASY !

My husband and I came to Mystic for a few days. The first day it rained all day and all night. For dinner we just wanted to pick up some sandwiches and return to our hotel room. We went to this Subway and ordered two meatball parm sandwiches with fresh mozzarella. The owner was very friendly and made us the most delicious sandwiches, fresh, toasted and lots of sauce. We returned the next day and picked up some sandwiches for lunch. We found this location clean, fully stocked with everything and we had the cookies which were fresh baked and delicious! We highly recommend stopping in and having a sandwich there!

Have not been to this location in over a year as it had been extremely unsanitary in the past and had less than professional staff. Have also gotten sick soon after eating at this location and attributed it to food from this location. Upon arriving noted that there were tables and chairs set up haphazardly outside. These were standard Subway furnishings that were not weather resistant and had severely delaminated. Our town also regulates outside seating fairly strictly so I would be surprised of any permitting by franchise to allow for outdoor seating. Upon entering a number of hand printed signs in the establishment include "Coupons not accepted", "No Bathroom" (in violation of state law) and "Customers must pay for food" and contribute to the overall poor representation of the Subway brand.Purchased a roughly $13 double-meat, chicken breast footlong sandwich and included a 15% tip at cash out. Cashier neglected plastic gloves when moving the sandwich from the prep counter to arrange it on a tray. Asked for a cup of water and was told I would have to pay for a coffee. Woman behind the counter refused to give me tap water even though I explained it was public health best practice as to avoid any potential choking hazard and resultant liability.
Of the three Subway shops in the area, this one is by far the best. The store is spotless and the food is fresh. The staff is always friendly. Pride of ownership shows. Highly recommended!

I love this Subway!! I am from Agawam, MA, and I go to this Subway whenever I have a sailing lesson at Mystic Seaport. This is THE best deal in town! The food is always fresh, healthy, and an excellent value. I also have add that this is a female owned business, and the owner works very hard from 8am to 7pm, but she always has a warm smile and gives outstanding customer service!!Parking: Always convenient parking!
The lady working there is great: friendly, helpful, and makes a decent sandwich. The issue I have with the store is there are too many negative signs (EX: NO BATHROOM! DON'T EVEN ASK!, NO DISCOUNT COUPONS ACCEPTED HERE. Etc.). Not very inviting. It's a good store, but I'm sure you can think of ways to present in a more welcoming way
