The white heavy set worker with the blonde hair with an attitude!!! Like she owned the place the other worker was doing everything while the rude women was packing away all the food so she can probably take it home with her that's why she didn't allow anyone else to buy anything very poor

This place is Disgusting!!!! very poor customer service I was there on Thanksgiving and one heavy set worker that was working was putting all the food away when there were customers still in the bakery trying to buy items, I asked her why are you putting the cakes breads etc away she said because this is what the owner wants me to do we are closing at 2pm meanwhile it was only 1pm check your cameras and you will see what I'm saying thank goodness for the slim girl in the front working the Cash register she was very nice respectful...I never been to such a place, I don't recommend this place at all!!!!

I needed a cake and they had it with a decent price, I got a red velvet and the lovely ladies in front counter were very nice and professional.

Go to “Icing on the cake” bakery instead for wayyyyy better service. The young girl who answers the phone is rude and naive. She couldn’t answer my questions so she told me to call back another day. When I asked for the managers name to get details on cake pricing she said she’s not allowed to give personal information bc it’s a privacy issue. I told her that made no sense so she cut me off and then hung up. Tells u everything you need to know about the quality you’re getting if you order anything here.

Was a delight when I initially found this place when I moved to Stratford four years ago. Quality has gone down substantially. My wife went there this morning and ordered 7 breakfast sandwiches. What we got was the scraps. Bacon was burnt and broken up into little pieces. Scrambled eggs were absolutely atrocious. I was going to let it slide and not write a review but I then realized two things.1. This is Father's Day and it's my day to be a little bit of a diva2. I actually called to air my grievances and was greeted with the most, " I don't care" employee. I broke down my dissatisfaction and received silence. There was no omg we are sorry or how can we make this better. I asked to speak to a manager or owner to which they said someone would call me back during the week. This employee would not tell me who I could expect a call from or when. I asked who made the sandwiches and whether it was the same person who normally makes the sandwiches and she replied, "it's normally anyone who is free at the moment " in a condescending tone.Prices have gone up and customer service has gone down and I cannot and will not accept patronizing a business who makes mistakes and doesn't take said mistake as an opportunity to right the mistake.

The birthday cake we ordered was amazing as always! This is the only place we get all our event cakes from! Never disappointed!
