I went by Boston Market in Stratford, CT on October 18th, 23 and the place was closed there were no lights on. They have a notice on the door that was closed since September. There's no other notice stating they are going to open the restaurant.

The posted hours on their website says they close at 8 PM. I was there at 7:15 PM and the store is closed. All lights out. I travel 10 miles to get there. I won't be going there anymore.

I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s horrible. Corn bread was like 3 days old. I don’t even think the birds would eat it.They mixed all my food in one cheap non divider plate. Everything tasted old and strange tasting.My best guess is they going Out of business and they’re trying to get r rid of old food

Chicken was dry it was like it was microwavedThere was no fresh chickens on the rotisserieAnd the soda machine was busted forcing people to buy the more expensive bottles this place is outdated it needs to close down in factWhen I got there there was no customers I thought it was closed that should of been a warning that this establishment is a dump maybe the best place might be the toilet so people can dispose of the lousy food they serveClose this place down and replace it with an Arby’s

The boston market in Orange was dirty manager hid in the back menu monitors off no customer service we left and will never go back!
This location is either being shut down or it should be. Half of the items on the menu were not available, the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the bathrooms were both out of order, the soda machines didn't work and the cornbread was at least a day old. If Boston Market is your choice please choose a different location.

Stopped to pickup some food for for a picnic. Business is closed. No signage. Lights off. Door locked. Building in need of repair and the grass hasn't been cut in more than a month. Too bad, it was a good place for take out.

Disgusting, food completely bland and partially cold, rude customer service, was sitting at drive through trying to order and was being ignored on the speaker phone, no proper greeting nothing staff carried on with their conversation and joking around when at window didn’t even greet us. Never will come again. Food not even served in Boston market container or bags food tastes like something they just threw together and re heated

Not the Boston Market I'm used to...Stopped in for a quick bite- however store looked closed down! Outside could have looked more appealing and upkept. There were paper signs on doors unlegible from car so drove around back. Parking lot empty (at 12 noon!) Spotted some employees in store so went to drive thru. Chicken was good at best but sides, cornbread tasted bland like reheated. Used to love there mash and gravey - tasted like instant. Service was courteous, friendly. Apologized about limited menu. Maybe quality gets better on the weekends? Shouldn't matter, hope management/ owner helps place out. It's a great spot that would be a shame to lose.
