Sonia Did My Grand Daughters Birthday Cake on Sunday - It was Just Perfect.The communication was excellent,The ManWho who works there helped me out to my car ,The Cake was Super Moist & Delicious.We had over 50 people everyone LOVED it.She also did my Daughters Baby Shower& Did Chocolate Covered Strawberries & Cup cakes. I Highly Recommend her ! Cant wait for our next party. The Cake was Reasonable also. DEFINITELY only using Sonia in theFuture.

I did an order for 12 cakepops and 12 cupcakes. I'm actually pretty disappointed. They didn't taste all that good. The cupcakes were a little raw and plain decorations. The cakepops were so basic, and I paid more money for it to be more detailed. Wasn't quite impressed with it. The store is cute. But if I have another event, I wouldn't order from here again for cupcakes and cakepops. Nobody ate them.

Ordered 6 different cupcakes today for someone at work because it was an anniversary. When the order arrived there were only 5 different cupcakes. Called to see what happened, was told by person who answered the phone, they did not have that type today. Okay, so if you did not have it, why wouldn't you pick up the phone and call to tell us that that one was not available, that would have been the courteous thing to do. It is not like they didn't have the phone number. Instead they gave us the credit, but big deal there were 6 people in the office today so we had to split the very small cupcakes so everyone could have some. Very bad customer service.

Had recently ordered a birthday cake by Sonia, and it was a 90s theme (save by the bell), it looks fantastic.? the best part is that the cake itself was sooooo delicious and moist. it superseded my expectations. When you see a specialty cake like this, some would assume that it wouldn't taste good, but this one was on point. It was one of the best cakes I had. It was excellent!I loved my cake, and so did everyone else.????Thank you cakes by Sonia ? My daughter's birthday is next month so I will be back! ❤️❤️

Let me start off by saying buying a specialty cake is not an easy endeavor. Until I found Sonia. Sonia pricing was so unbelievably fair compared to the competition.I sent over a picture and got exactly what I asked for. It was magical and made the birthday girl so happy. I haven't even got to the best part.The cake was delicious I mean I do not eat cake at all. Especially with fondant. Sonia's cake was so delectable and moist. I kinda wish I had a piece right now.In closing I want to thank Sonia for making every part of this purchase easy and amazing. I will refer everyone and also use Sonia in the future. We had used Sonia for my bridal shower which was a little over a year ago. The flavors were wonderful and the quality was uniform. The presentation/design was nice. However, for my baby shower I’m not sure what happened. We paid over $200 for inconsistent and bland/plain 40 cupcakes and 2 dozen rice treats. The baña pudding cupcake had hint of banana at best at best and the French toast just tasted plain vanilla. The decorations were atrocious and the piping was messy. The paper SpongeBob’s were orange and some were blotchy. The rice treat designs were horrible. As the event was only an hour away we didn’t complain since there was nothing that could be done. Safe to say we are not using this place again and will recommend to friends and family to not use here as BJ cupcakes would give you better quality for much cheaper.

Awful customer service and I’m glad by reading other reviews I am not the only one who thinks so. In order for your business to grow, please get rid of him, he sucks! He’s terrible for business.
