Everything was amazing! I only ordered tapas: Patatas Bravas and the mofonguli trio. The pork is the BEST. The drinks were amazing — of course we went on National Margarita Day, and they were impeccable.

Atmosphere is comfortable. Great menu options. The font on the menu definitely needs to be made darker/bold. Many ppl had their phone flashlights to read menu. Seemed like they were short staffed. The owner was not only running food and drinks but bussing tables. The wait staff were very polite. The food was as expected with the exception of the heavy hand on the salt when it came to the rice ?. Overall would go back.

Cibus Latín Fusión is superb. If you are looking for an intimate ambience this is the place to go. If one is celebrating a special occasion, this is the place to go. However, any time one wants to eat in an exceptional restaurant , this is it. The service is very polite and elegant.

Cibus Latin Fusion on Woodend is takeout only. The food is delicious - best roasted chicken in Stratford. Two thoughts - it always takes longer than they say, and check your order before you leave as more often than not, a side will be left out. They say they’ll credit your account but I’ve never had the credit actually go thru. Don’t expect what you don’t inspect - but their chicken, empanadas, lentil soup and plantains will keep me coming back no matter what.

The food here is excellent and the portion sizes are pretty generous too. The churrasco is a good dish to try out and the bandeja paisa is good too. I really like the different arrangements of Latin drinks to try. I had the tres leche for dessert and it was so good.

We had dinner here twice while we were in Stratford, CT for an event as vendors. I cannot stress how enjoyable it was to come to this lovely restaurant after a six hour shift of vending. The staff couldn't have been nicer or kinder in handling to retired old fogies, after being seated, we were given water and a choice of drinks. The restaurant is quite nicely decorated and very inviting. Now the star of the show is the actual food. The first night we were there we had the maduros with cheese appetizers (Which was unexpectedly delicious, I love Maduros, but I wasn't sure how the cheese would work with them, and it ended up being amazing.) then, as we had had a fairly sizable lunch, we decided to have a charcuterie board for dinner. I cannot stress how tasty and prettily presented it was I also can't emphasize the quality enough of the fruit, cheese and meats. The next night we came back since we were so happy the first night, and I apologize for only including the picture of the first night. My hubby had the El Pollito sandwich & I had the Cubano both w/yucca fries. We also had the patatas bravas as an appetizer. Everything was phenomenal. I was particularly impressed with the patatas bravas because the hubby is not a big fan of anything, mayo or mayo, adjacent and aïoli kind of falls into that category, and most American aïolis have additives that kind of ruin the flavor, But the one that they used for these potatoes was light and bright, and really really smoky and delicious. So if you're in Stratford, I highly recommend this place.

I have been to Cibus Dos for dinner many times and have always enjoyed their cuisine. Every dish is tasty and the service and ambiance are nice. They have the option of indoor or outdoor dining and it's never overcrowded. However, we went for brunch on Father's Day and I have to say that if I hadn't tried the restaurant before I'd never return. When we arrived there were only two other tables and for some reason the hostess thought that it would be a good idea to sit all of the tables together one behind the other rather than spread them out. The food then took a long time to come out and it really wasn't good. We had the flank steak which was extremely thin and therefore super dry. I wasn't able to eat it. I found myself apologizing to my partner for having brought him there. Perhaps it was a fluke since El their food is really good for dinner or they have a different chef during the day. I'll definitely go back just never for brunch.

I was a little generous because they are better than average service is pretty good and both locations are very cute atmospheres. Really late nite this side of town u cannot beat their rotisserie chx with 2 sides.Vegetarian options: Delicious rice and beans and others fyi
The decor has a great rustic vibe and while I've never eaten in the small restaurant I've had take out a number of times and was always very happy and satisfied with the tasty dishes . Definitely worth a try for some tasty Latin food. You won't be disappointed.
