bad service I ask can they make my coffee again after the cashier lady had an attitude & then the shift leader took her time giving my refund . every time I come in here it's problem .I felt very offended today and will tell a lot of people not to come to this one . the manager even was arguing with me in front of customers , worst experience ever

This Dunkin Donuts has zero customer service skills. Not one of the girls goes beyond good morning or smiles when you try light chatting with them. I don't think they were trained on how to interact with customers or they just chat with the ones they know. They look miserable! I go in there smiling and leave shaking my head as to why I go in this particular Dunkin donuts.
They have they kindest most polite lady that takes the drive through orders. She makes my day every time with her smiling eyes. They also have the best hot cappuccino.
