I’ve been ther couple times already and try to give them the opportunity, since the very first time I got to this location, they’ve messed up with my orders, giving me the wrong things, telling me whatever I asked for is unavailable, also, specifically in this location, the iced latte tastes weird.I’ve tried many different locations and the costumer service is 10 times better than this location.Sad that this is the Dunkin I got close to my house to work, so if I want something, I need to drive little further, just bcs this location is not good

Horrible customer service, you don't talk to the customers the way that kid talk to me. I know you do have a lot a difficult customers but I was not being difficult. You should let customers know before they order that your cc machine is not taking phone payments, you decide to take my order for me get to the window and tell me that is on me because I don't want to come inside to order. Really bad experience.

Every time I come here the late machine is not working, it’s honestly a lie... I worked at Dunkin, when you have lazy workers who just want to sit around all day usually clean the espresso machine early, and turn it off so they don’t have to deal with it at close, it’s only 5 pm... it’s ridiculous... To the manager of this store- please do better!!

From 3:48 am when I placed the order on the mobile app, I was waiting at the window and they delivered my coffee at 4 am. All that time for a coffee. It's always the same . I'm going to stop buying at that store.

I honestly thought it was only me ! Service Bad , Food bad . ??? Not once has my order been fulfilled correctly. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I looked it was just buttered . Next order was food and drinks , I explicitly only received drinks in my bag. But here's the kicker , when you open the bag you can still SMELL what I ordered..almost as if they placed my breakfast sandwiches in the bag and quickly pulled it back out. I saw grease stains from where the sandwiches were sitting for Christ sakes!!!!I petition to shut this location down or get a whole new crew , the bad service is not worth the waste of time and money

I've tried everything at this location this past week- drive thru, walk in, mobile order...this AM staff is the most incompetent crew I have ever experienced. The first two days through the drive thru, it took them 3 times to get my order correct. The third day, I did a mobile order...and when I went in 15 mins later, my order was not there. When I asked the girl about my order, she said she would remake my order- implying it had already been made and someone had stolen it. The next day, I ordered walk in, in person and it took forever. Today is my LAST day coming here. I timed my mobile order so I would arrive 5-8 mins after it was put in and it should be done...they were cleaning the espresso machine and told me 5 more mins. I'm currently waiting here 20 minutes later for a medium hot latte. I will be contacting management.

Worst dunkin I have ever been to. Been there twice and the same experience. The service is horrible they look like they're bothered to see you. Coffee is always wrong. Super slow service & the first time I went, the cashier didn't give me my full change and I was so confused. She walked away, I counted and realized I was missing change, she says they don't have change and went to ask someone else, but couldn't tell me from the beginning. Second time I visit, same thing they don't have change and they say it after you pay with cash and process the payment. Coffee was wrong again I couldn't even drink it. They should seriously get new workers that want to be there or just close this location.
