Realized the reason they have such high reviews is due to a sign on the wall stating “rate us five stars on Google, get a free can of soda with your order”. Would not recommend this place.

I ordered a 20 piece wing ,it clearly stated in the menu 19.99$when my boyfriend picked them up it came to 29.51!!!!!!!!!They claimed theres a wing shortage so why do I the customer who is going to your establishment get penalized!!!???I will never ever go back I have been a customer for years!!!,they should've said otherwise when I placed the order

I just want to say whoever picks up the phone for orders is rude!!!!! We called at 930 to order food for pickup and they picked up and said closed! And hung up in my face like who does that! And the last time I checked they close at 10. The only good thing there is the pizza but everything else is basic. I always get delivery and a handful of times they forget half my order. Which is annoying cuz then I have to wait for them to bring it and by then it's not hot anymore! Very disappointing.

Ordered 10 hot wings and 5 garlic parm wings. With inflation on wings they came to $20+. The wings looked really bad and tasted worse. They hardly had any meat on them and felt like they were sitting on the counter for longer than the readiness time set. They wings tasted like they have very little batter on them.

The menu has a wide variety and the portions are huge! The food is ready quickly. A great place to call in and pick up your order. I've never tried their seafood but everything else is great.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered a medium Gino's Special pie (basically a sausage, pepper and onion) and a small Greek salad with chicken through Grub Hub. The salad was ok, veggies seemed fresh but the chicken was dry. Fine. It's salad. The pizza was a major disappointment though. Although it arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected it was cold. Fine. It's delivery - that happens. The toppings may have been put in place with tweezers - the sausage was nearly non-existent, the peppers soggy as if they came out of a jar and the onions were, well, onions. The cheese was alright and proportioned well enough but the whole thing was overwhelmed with a completely bland sauce (think Ragu). We take our pizza seriously around here. This cannot be considered a SERIOUS pizza!

A very disappointing experience; or lack there of an experience. After a long day of traveling, pizza was ordered from Gino's to be delivered at our hotel around 1030pm. When we arrived at the hotel right at 1030, the pizza had not come yet. We waited and waited for a phone call to tell us the pizza was here or that delivery was having problems. Still, no phone call or pizza in sight. A call was made at 11 to see where the pizza was, yet the phone was not answered. Gino's never delivered the pizza or called us to tell us it was not coming. You cannot recommend a place you cannot trust.
Very reliable delivery with no issues and of course delicious food that deserves 5 stars. I eat here often and never had any issues. Food is always delicious and service is always excellent.

We've never been inside but have got delivery from them. It was a pleasant surprise. Their pizza is quite tasty and the few times we've had it, we have had a good meal. We found out about them because we received a mail advertisement and this is one time that came in handy! We took a chance and the pizza was quite good. I do not really go to Stratford that much but they deliver to neighboring towns which is nice and when in the mood to stay in and just have something convenient and tasty, they fit the bill for us. Try them, they are much better then many places.

I came to Stratford (honestly the most random city) and all I was craving was a grilled shrimp Caesar salad! Craving it as if my pregnancy depended on it, but I'm not even pregnant! Gino's has EXACTLY what I needed! This salad has more than the typical 4 shrimp that I get from this particular salad! Not only was the salad EXCELLENT, the staff was so friendly! Next time I come to this random city, Gino's will definitely get my money!
