Some of the rudest workers ever. They act like they don't want to be there, roll their eyes and give you attitude. Every time you order something it's almost like you're inconveniencing them. The body language and the service is disgusting. I've been putting up with it for months because I really like the food, but today was the final straw. The women behind the counter with the heart tattoo on her neck has the most terrible attitude I've ever seen and I worked in the food industry for 8 years. Never coming back, I'll find another place that sells 7 pieces of shrimp for $14.

Usually when I order from Golden Krust, I get great tasting food, specifically oxtail dinners and a nice portion seasoned well.Unfortunately I ordered 2 oxtail dinners today and the oxtail meat was not seasoned good as usual and the oxtail barely had any meat on them. I was very dissatisfied to say the least. There seems to be a new cook/chef because the food was nothing like before. l purchased nearly $50 worth of food and am very much disappointed.

I ordered macaroni and cheese with 4 pieces of oxtail and it cost $13. It's expensive there and the food is just regular.

The food is good but the service and hours are inconsistent. They close early more often than expected especially on Sundays. Also its hit or miss regarding the service, some staff are good but there are a few who clearly don't care which makes it hard to want to come back.

I go here a lot becuase it’s a well known brand. Today will be my last. I ordered a large oxtail which is $26 the amount of food I got did not equivalent to that $26. I ordered large before and they give you your moneys worth today they game me medium size worth. When I ask the lady was that it she said yes. Today will be the last day I go back here. If you want to charge high price give the customer the value. Always watch when you go some servers give what they feel other give your money’s worth.
