I haven't been in a Kentucky Fried Chicken in years I decided to make a stop the chicken was disgusting overpriced and the atmosphere was lousy with the people that were working there I will never go there again and I will never go to another Kentucky Fried Chicken if this is Kentucky Fried Chicken they need to close them all down they're dated anyway

Usually when a customer orders something through Uber Eats, there are what's called employees that have to operate the machine informing the employees that there is an order and it's up to them to fulfill thag order. Then when the order is complete, they press a button that informs the customer that their order is ready to be picked up. Normally, that's how things work but not at this KFC. Instead they won't even start an order because of how large they think it is and then complain the entire time putting the order together. If working at a restaurant that has Uber Eats is too much for you to handle, perhaps it's time too look elsewhere for work. Cheers to laziness I guess.

I stopped at this Kentucky fried chicken with plans of going through the drive-through, but there is no drive-through. As a matter of fact, you can’t even drive around the building, because there was a vehicle parked in the middle behind it, blocking anyone from getting through. Turns out this vehicle belongs to a manager of this establishment, according to what I was told.Anyway, I purchased a famous bowl and it was pretty good. Staff member I was served by was both friendly and helpful, which I appreciate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The chubby manager should be fired. He is too lazy to get anything you ask for an will tell you they don’t have it, when they do. The food was cold, and very rude service. I’ll be going to the bridgeport kfc next time.

Visiting this KFC restaurant turned sour due to an unfortunate encounter at the counter. My in-law, whose English is not fluent, faced rudeness from the lady serving us. Such an experience casts a shadow over the dining experience, emphasizing the need for patience and understanding in customer service. It's hoped that future visits are marked by kindness and a welcoming attitude to all customers, regardless of language barriers.
