This is the answer to 'typical' fast food!Platinum Prep Meals is my goto when I want fast food that is also healthy. There are many proteins to choose from, red meat white meat or fish, there's plenty of options to satisfy every craving.One unique thing about the business model they have is, they post the macro nutrients right on their prepped meals.
