The customer service is horrible. She gives you attitude, taking your order, handling your food and then giving you your food. I asked for extra napkins, and she got mad. Rolling her eyes like I will not be back, I was nice, and the lady was very rude. That's the second time same lady like I don't understand. She slammed down my cup. And the biscuits was hard as a rock I could only eat the end side and the fries was luke warm but I was so hungry because I hadn't eat all day but last time.

COLD SANDWICHES, I placed order from an app and When I reached the place staff had no idea about my order neither they had enough supply to prepare my small order, somehow they had couple of sandwiches prepared prior which they gave me and they were cold. BTW corporate sucks as well.

Amanda is a hero. This location doesn't let you pick sweet heat online for some reason. This review isn't for the service of Popeyes online, Its for Amanda. I've ordered several times now via DoorDash and had to call into the store each time wasting both my time and employee time. Amanda, however, has graciously helped me each time with a positive attitude and thrown the sauce in the bag. Thank you Amanda!

Horrible. I placed a mobile order and had to wait over 15 minutes for my order meanwhile other people were not being helped either. Food was disgusting and not hot. The mashed potatoes tasted undercooked and one of the employees was coughing on the food with no gloves or mask on. This place should be investigated for food handling and saftey procedures.Awful will never return.All Bridgeport Popeyes are way better than this location.

Love the blackened bacon and cheese chicken sandwich. Just the right amount of flavor, and the pickle slices add a delightful touch. The Mac and cheese was great as well (love the chance to eat with a spork!) though I wish the size was about 50% larger.

I’ve given this place so many chances. Out of the 7 times we’ve visited, 3 were probably good. Good meaning, they got our order right.I’m not sure what the meaning of Order Pickup means, because every time we ordered for pick up, we had to wait 30 minutes or more for our food. Meanwhile every other fast food joint has it ready to be handed out.Usually got parts of our order missed, meaning we didn’t get it. Or we got it completely wrong, as in ordering spicy tenders and signature chicken and getting plain chicken.I thought they had changed staff this last time we went, there was a nice girl who worked and really helped us out while we waited for our order, and today we went and we see the same old staff and then the daunting sensation of my order is going to get messed up again.My husband went to return the plain tenders and get the spicy ones we originally ordered and they tried to bribe him to not complain by giving him free chicken…thanks a lot Popeyes.

Decided to get Popeyes one night for dinner and thank God I looked at the sandwich. The chicken was raw. I went back to speak to the manager to show them the sandwich and explain the situation. She blamed the new girl stating she still doesn't know how to cook chicken. I asked for corporates number and she said if I was getting a refund why do I need to speak to corporate. She refused to give me the number and pointed to the customer service line at the bottom of the receipt. I proceeded to call, inbox was full. I finally chatted with someone via text from Popeyes customer service stating the branch manager would be notified and I would be getting a response from him/her. It has been over a month and no reply from Popeyes. If you don't want to get salmonella don't eat at Popeyes.
