CT's last 99 restaurant location. Most recent orders have been takeout and sometimes results in declined food quality. Last order was just OK. Their prices have increased significantly in the last year as have most. But their price for a chx parm dinner with 1 side is now comparable to several local italian restaurants chx parm meal that comes with bread, a soup or salad and pasta side. When it's just OK, there is very little that draws you in. Eating local is more cost-effective now. For us, this was the place to go for a reasonable and quick meal. But it's too overpriced for their quality and value now.Parking: Ample parking. Safety sometimes an issue at this parking as I've been approached several times in this area by strangers asking for money. Often police foot patroled but being alert is important.

Place was dirty and cold, TVs didn't work where people were dining. We waited about 20 minutes just for the drinks to be brought. Food took about 45 minutes and was Luke warm. There were other people complaining about the same things. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere and food was not worth $111. We will not be going back.

Take-out chicken Caesar salad is the size of a pancake. It didn't even cover the bottom of the take-out tray. The chicken was cut in 5 strips. The size of 5 French fries. Sad.

Steak tips are excellent. Unlimited popcorn is a nice touch.
Very long waits when confirm there for curbside to go. When I've gone on the front seems poorly managed and they don't appear to train or take care of their staff, it seems management is the reason why service is bad. Food itself taste fine for a casual franchise with decent prices.

Went on a date here and we had a great first experience! I had the fish tacos which were phenomenal! The fish was perfectly cooked and the chipotle sauce paired with the guac and sour cream pulled it all together nicely! Unfortunately, we did not catch the name of the two servers who helped us out and were extremely welcoming! We did go on a Friday night which they were extremely busy with the entire bar full, people waiting to be seated and a full dining room, our food took just about an hour to get to our table but was still hot and fresh! Definitely will go again.

The food could have been better. I felt that the workers were being lazy with the food & service. It took a half hour for someone to finally take our order. The cauliflower bites appetizer was very good with the spicy ranch dip. I got the southwest fiesta salad for my meal, the only thing wrong was that the tomatoes were soggy. My friend had a burger with mashed potatoes, the mashed potatoes didn't taste that great I suggest they use more butter or sour cream, it was not creamy it was like chewing on glue it got stuck to the roof of their mouth. I put 3 stars because it wasn't terrible but there could have been better effort. I don't think I'll be returning though.

I take my kids here all the time. Service is always super friendly and understanding, very accommodating to requests and customizations, and super reasonable prices. The food is pretty much the same as any 99, but I just like the staff and the location a lot. We have had a couple big family dinners here too, I would recommend it if you have a multigenerational gathering and want crowd pleasers without breaking the bank! Plus free popcorn still!
