Excellent cappuccino! Brinx Coffee offers a limited selection of baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch options along with a variety of hot and cold beverage choices. Cozy interior/welcoming atmosphere. A great place to meet a friend and unwind for a bit.

The espresso was sour, not bitter. Worst I’ve ever had. The entirety of the dining room was very dirty, floors and tables alike were uncleaned.

My fiancé and I tried this place for the first time today per a friend’s recommendation. We were very excited to try this place. The food was good, and so was the French toast latte that we got, albeit a bit pricey. We then tried the lavender latte. It was so overpowering in taste that we could not drink it at all. We usually love lavender lattes and we were surprised by this. It really was quite bad to be honest.I asked the server if there was anything she could do to fix it, but she was standoffish and wasn’t very caring in her response. She said she would make us something else but also charge us, and in general was not very friendly.I suppose that’s technically fair, but for a first time visit this was off-putting. Maybe we hit this place at a bad time, as I’m seeing almost overwhelming positive reviews by others.I don’t think we’ll be coming back here, weird vibes.

Brinx Coffee ShopWe were told this would be a good place to have lunch and it was a good choice. There were three of us and two had the excellent soup and each had a locally brewed ice tea. I had a turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread and it was also very good. This was an “order at the counter” place and our order taker was very good and more than helpful. The food was delivered with little waiting by us. A great place for anyone looking to score a good lunch.

Was looking for a cute coffee/tea shop before an early morning meeting today. I searched and came across this place which was mins from my meeting so I had to stop. Right in Main Street across from the Warner. Great location and plenty of parking. The shop was so quaint comfy and cool! Great music was playing and I just loved the vibe. The staff was very friendly. The menu had a great variety of options to choose from and I chose a matcha latte with coconut cinnamon and lavender. It was light warm and refreshing. I also pick up a slice of their fresh homemade banana chocolate bread. What a nice treat seeing I don't go to coffee shops ever. Highly recommend if you're in the area, even if you're not, go for a drive and check it out.

Brinx is the breakfast bomb, baby! Nate's Special is a bagel baked by Ami, and then egg, bacon and cheese are lovingly added. Wash it down with a chai latte and lean back as you slip into semi-consciousness. God gave him the ingredients, but bless Nate for putting them all together like this.
