I have to say I was very impressed with this DunkinDoughnuts on rt.6 in Bristol, the staff was great and I got taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. Why I writing about this pitcular dunkn is I left my ATM card in the machine and left the store without it. I realized this about a block away. I returned to the store and the girl that waited on me had already text me and secured my card. Hats off to honest people and especially her for taking the time to make sure I got my card back. This DunkinDoughnuts is by shoprite plaza so I don't know the store number.
I asked for my coffee to be remade they got my order incorrect, all they did was take the sticker off my cup, it was extremely sweet and not hot. Very disappointed been coming here for years. Will not be coming back anymore.

My favorite dunkin of all time, service is usually friendly and the food is always good!!! I recommend anything egg and cheese! I recommend going to this dunkin.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of things for kids (Donuts, egg and cheese is a good option too).Parking: There are enough, if anything, the drive-thru is the most busy.

Ice with a splash of coffee. Literally a full cup of ice then add coffee. Total rip off. Every time I go here.

Went in this afternoon to grab a warm coffee during the snow storm with my husband. We are regulars at this Dunkin, but we typically go through the drive thru. Today we decided to sit inside, and that was a big mistake. While there, the employees had some very loud and inappropriate conversations and several times yelled F***. I was honestly embarrassed and appalled, especially given that customers were sitting inside, so we got up and left before we finished our drinks. I think I'll be sticking to the drive thru.
Sometimes I can change my order at the last minute but this kind & patient lady (I’m bad with names but I think it was Angela) was extremely helpful and by far makes the best specialty drinks I ever had from any Dunkin’ Donuts! Highly recommend this Dunkin’ everyone here is super friendly and helpful, never a long wait no matter the time of day. My order is always perfect, thank you Angela you’re the best!!!!

The reason for 2 stars soon as I walked in all I heard was F this and the B word... Okay maybe they didn't realize a customer is here and I am walking up the lady I wanna say late teens early 20's cussing up a storm looks at me laughing and cussing still with her Co worker's. As a Manager I would of corrected her and say this is not how we conduct business you do not swear like this in front of customers you talk like that in the break room, manager just listened to her and the older couple behind me said it's sad now a day's that's how young people speak. I apologized to the older coupler and said not all young people speak like that. The lady who took my order was nice but that was about all, so when you go in there and you don't mind hearing a lot of cussing there you go, oh by the way the vanillia creme had very little creme in the middle.

For clarification, this Dunkin has always been open 24hrs via drive-thru, however the lobby closes at 10PM.Not sure if it’s still like this, but cleaning the espresso machines happen around 7:00PM-7:30PM meaning espresso drinks are usually unavailable during that time frame (feel free to correct me if this is incorrect).

I ordered a medium frozen coco it wasn’t even full and it didn’t even taste like chocolate it tasted like spoiled or rotten chocolate i was only able to take 3 sips out of it till i dumped it down the drain. you guys are horrible
