Brought my daughter here on 2/20, food was wicked slow to come out. Enjoyed listening to the two male employees (the taller tatoo wearing gent seemed to enjoy rambling incoherently to his coworkers, distracting them at any given moment ) swear constantly while eating. No management or professionalism here. Waste of 40 bucks. Go to Wayback down the street.

Very good fries, the burgers are excellent, additionally there is a Coca-Cola fountain drink machine, with the ability of combining soda's, makes for a good evenijg Friday meal.
I tried Five Guys in Torrington CT for the first time, and I must say the bacon doubled cheese burger was really good, but the $12.99 price tag isn't justifiable. I also ordered a small fry and a cookies n cream milkshake. The total cost of my meal was a whopping $27.00. The prices at Five Guys are outrageous. For goodness sake, I could get a 24oz porterhouse steak with fries, garlic bread, and a salad at American Steak House for $19.99. It's weird when you can get a steak dinner cheaper than a burger. I'd expect this kind of price at Bobby Flays Burger Palace, but his burgers are even cheaper.Anyhow, Five Guys fries were tasty, but the oil in their frialator needed to be desperately changed.The most positive point of my experience was the service. The staff were courteous and kind, and they answered all my questions and went over all the menu choices with me. So, with that said, I'd eat there again, but only if I feel like splurging. $27.00 is a lot of money for a burger meal.

How hard is it to get an order right. Just horrible service here. Ordered on door dash which was a mistake. I asked for Cajun fries and got regular fries. If I wanted regular fries I would have we to McDonald's. The only reason I get 5 guys is because of the Cajun fries. The Way back has better burgers, but bland fries, so I wanted 5 guys, but they couldn't even get my fry order correct. And then they put the hot sauce on my burger, so my burger is delivered soggy. Most 5 guys pit the hot sauce in a container on the side, but not these incompetent employees. Hell, they couldn't even get the fries order correct. It's sad, because the food is expensive, but the quality and service is horrible here.

So bad, when taking my order they were laughing at me and my dad because he has an accent. They were so unprofessional and forgot 2 burgers out of my order and replaced it with random hotdogs with a ton of stuff on it. And there was on one other customer in the store so i don't know how incompetent you have to be to mix it up that bad. Now im hangry and they ruined my day. Don't go here unless you wanna be disappointed and laughed at.
