Ordered pasta for the first time and it was awesome. My husband had the veal parm and he said it was the best he has had in a minute. Always have to order a pizza for the fridge every time we go. Can't wait to try the Philly pizza. He was making it while I was there and it looked awesome! Never disappointed at Frank's.

Terrible customer service. Told me to pick up food in 20 minutes the other night, ended up waiting 50 minutes to get 2 grinders. They some how forgot about our order. People are very confused at the place. Terrible customer service and I will never ever get food from there again.

I only order from here for this kind of cuisine! My husband and I always get a calzone and salad. They are always impeccable, large portion sizes for fair prices, never ever had to have something fixed/or forgotten for delivery. I've been ordering from here for atleast 3 years and always suggest it for my friends. When my dad came up we tried some new things and were pleasantly surprised that their calamari was delicious and crispy, also that their dinners are hefty and of good quality!

what a joke. call during lunch. no one picks up. called again and again no one picked up but someone did try to dial out. when i asked if i can order she told me they are closed for the month
We placed an order on DoorDash to Franks pizza- where a worker delivers your food, however never received our order. I called the store and spoke to someone, confirming that I never received the order. He hung up on me, first of all not how you treat customers. So I called back and asked if they were going to remake and redeliver the order which he said yes- they would take care of it. Still never received my pizza so DoorDash called and spoke with them and they said they delivered the order and would not remake it- when they must have delivered it to the wrong house. Awful customer service and disappointing when it’s the stores fault-and they can’t even remake you a pizza. I wouldn’t call and say it didn’t get delivered if I really got our food.

We stopped here on our way home from Mohawk for a slice. The customer service was top notch. It was later at night and they were low on slices. They quickly made us a whole pizza and it was excellent. It was my sons birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special. The pizza was fantastic and the people were even more amazing. It will definitely be our go to spot on the way home from the mountain when we are out that way.

I just ordered a pizza from here I waited 45 minutes for it to be delivered while the repeatedly told me they where at the address when I was outside in the rain looking with my 2 small children I canceled the order and they are no refusing to refund my money I am completely disgusted by there behavior especially because we order here quiet often
