I do enjoy getting jersey mikes for dinner but the last couple times I have ordered from this location my order is wrong (ordered through there mobile app & picked up). I haven’t ordered from this location in a while but decided to on my way home tonight and had to throw away my food because it was incorrect. Very disappointed in the service.

I wanna give the workers credit for working hard, but I've never made it out of here without an issue with the food. Orders seem to be mixed up for EVERYONE, made wrong, and it looks like management couldn't care less. Procedures need to improve.

Surprised by the Worst Experience ever had here. You could cut the tension between the staff with a knife. Known for accommodating Gluten allergies, other use the dedicated slicer the staff violated the remaining protocols. Person in charge was the worse at preventing cross contamination of orders. Remaining 2 staff members either rolled his eyes at every customer or was severely under trained. It was evident the store was under staffed and not prepared for the volume of online and in person orders. Very disorganized.Weekday staff more professional.
Decided to finally try Jersey mikes after seeing the ads and they do not disappoint! I had the Chipotle Cheese Steak and my wife tried the Chicken Philly. They were the best grinders we’ve had! We will definitely be back.

If I could give zero....I would! First off the place is a disaster, food everywhere & disgustingly FILTHY...when they are slow! I sat in the car for 10 min in front of windows waiting for rain to lighten up & they had no customers so they can't say it was bc they were busy bc they were not.Secondly...they have no toppings that are not cross-contaminated for gluten free selections but they don't tell you this u til after you place your order (i was able to get only lettuce & banana peppers). As for condiments lol...I ordered EXTRA MAYO, EXTRA OIL & VINEGAR & EXTRA SPICES but I received NONE of any...ZERO! Also I ordered the #9 but couldn't get bacon bc they cross-contaminated it. I was told they couldn't even deduct anything from the cost. This is the WORST sub chain I have ever frequented! GO TO NARDELLI'S or JIMMY'S right in the area & MUCH BETTER FOOD, MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! The people who work here are RUDE & do NOT try to work with the customer! This Jersey Mikes needs NEW MANAGEMENT & NEW EMPLOYEES!Dietary restrictions: GLUTEN FREE

While the sandwiches are good. The wait is simply unacceptable. I punt on an order on my lunch break on there app and it doesn't give you a wait time till after you pay. So I had to spend my whole lunch break standing in the restaurant watching them helping every other customer, including walkins who came in after me.

Ordered a steak and cheese, got a grease soaked grinder roll. Tasted the grease more than the Chipotle mayo. It was gross. Spent most of the time wiping the grease off my hands than enjoying the sandwich. Very disappointing ?
