Disgusting. I ordered a couple years back before the pandemic, and was totally disgusted by their chewy veiny chicken. But I said, hey, maybe they finally have someone decent cooking so I Ordered loaded fries and they sent me a bowl of soaking wet fries with nacho cheese on them. What type of lazy Establishment put nacho cheese on crispy french fries, and then has the nerve to serve them? Well, Joe’s of Torrington does !You would think a pizza place with different cheeses would use real cheese and not disgusting nacho cheese. Any restaurant would know not to put liquid cheese on your crispy fries. And you guys call yourself restaurant owners. This place has been lacking since before the pandemic. Disgusting. When I called, I asked if they can remake it or return my money, and they said there’s nothing they can do. Big disappointment. Really you couldn’t refund eight dollars? You guys are that hard up for money ? Well, I understand why !! Your business Is probably deteriorating. Do not go there! They have terrible food. Chewy veiny chicken, nasty bland wraps, waste of money! Terrible customer service. Will not be returning, and I will be telling anyone that will listen about Joe’s of Torrington and their poor business. Super disappointing

This place is awesome they have the best boneless wings I’ve ever had anywhere. I am very picky. I don’t like hard things in my chicken. Their pizza is good just small the wraps are very good the garlic knots great the mozzarella sticks are great i didn’t have something I didn’t like except the steak n cheese but I’m picky .. of the grinder bread really fresh too

Pizza and the prices were outrageous. First off, I went to pay and the guy told me he couldn’t split a bill. I ordered a small chicken bacon ranch pizza, 1/2 pound of boneless mild wings, and a 1/2 pound of boneless honey bbq wings. The wings were great, the pizza was meh. They charge $9 for a regular cheese pizza, but any toppings for a small pizza is a $2 add on (which they don’t tell you). For a large cheese pizza it’s $16, plus $3 for every add on. They also didn’t tell me that it’s an extra $6 to add chicken to a small pizza. The prices are poorly communicated. Also, if you want ranch and blue cheese for your wings, be sure to specify that before you place an order with them because they charge extra for that too. Overall, would only recommend the wings??

5 stars well deserved. I should of took down the workers name, but the guy taking orders at the front has AMAZING customer service, He made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked in. It’s a Clean establishment with amazing food. we have tried many places in Torrington, but this is our number 1 pizza and wing stop. pizza was super delicious, and so were the boneless mild wings, they were so big and juicy! Definitely recommend this place!

My husband call wanted the pie delivered by 630 they came at 530 my husband had to eat cold pizza after working all day then I v a German Shepherd they are supposed call before they come of cause the delivery person never call and when I complained about it they hung up on me never going there
