Stopped in for a snack, and stumbled upon a delicious Coconut Custard dessert....it was delicious. Definitely gonna coming back to try other bakery goods. The woman behind the counter was very nice.
It's such a nice thing to see that there's still some bakery standing over the time and circumstances (pandemia,etc) over 40 years; specially when the owners are family. Food selection items are not huge but enough to satisfy your needs. Ambience it's totally family and friendly.

Lombardi's is an utterly charming, old-fashioned Italian bakery located in downtown Torrington. It's family run, cash-only, and incredibly well priced. The pretty loaves of Italian bread are only $3 -- and they taste exactly like my mother's homemade Italian bread, which I would gobble straight out of the oven as a child.
