Nobody greets you when you walk in or looks enthusiastic about helping you when they do. The gentleman making the sandwiches messed up two out of my three sandwiches and just awkwardly stared at me when I brought them back. Apparently wanting what you pay for is offensive to him. Then there was a random girl just standing behind the corner staring at everyone who walks in, but she never actually helped anyone or even offered service. It was the most awkward and dysfunctional service I have had in years. Sorry guys, never going back and it’s a shame because I live around the corner. Will go to Waterbury where surprisingly the staff are much more personable and don’t look at you like a foreign invader when you walk in.

As far as sub franchises go (Subway, Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Blimpie's, etc), Nardellis is as good as it gets. Their sandwiches can be a bit dry, though, and can feel like there's "too much bread". But their ingredients are top-of-the-line. This particular location is ok.

THE WORST Nardelli’s …. The “sandwiches”that we got from this location was an absolute embarrassment. I do not recommend going here unless your desperate and about to drop dead from starvation and even then I think I would rather find myself across the street at Cumbys.

First time ever at a nardelli’s and this one did not disappoint! Great grinders, and such a clean store! The employees were very friendly and helpful too. I’d return again.

It's the best grinders in CT and it's easy to see why. Large sized rolls with excellent deli ingredients make the best sandwiches. The Italian Combo is my favorite. Don't forget the cannoli for dessert! Ciao!

literally love this place. the workers are heaven sent angels. they always make my sandwich PERFECT. every. single. time. the workers are so amazing, like i truly can not express how great of a job they do and how friendly they are, keep it up!! :)

The first 2 times I went there, I was very pleased. But this last time, not so much the bread was not as soft, and the grinders almost seemed like they had been pre-made the day before?

Pretty solid. First time eating at any Nardelli's so this is more general than this specific franchise.Food was good, price was reasonable. I will definitely go again.
Great food! Had a most delicious loaded pastrami grinder! Was surprised the shoppe was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Very neat inside and great selection of drinks and food, and salads! Located near BJ’s - done my shopping and got gas - big plus!

This was the saddest sandwich I’ve ever had. It was supposed to be turkey, American cheese, lettuce, mayo, oil, and vinegar… there’s like 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, maybe a teaspoon of mayo and definitely no oil or vinegar. And to top it we spent around $65. Next time I’ll make my own. ?♂️?♂️Edit: I opened the other half to see the lack of mayo and there was a big pube staring back at me. Yuck ??? threw it all out! $65 wasted

Every time Im in there this employee with the nose ring named Mike? is always rude to customers and talking down to other employees... not sure whats going on because I have seen other employees get frustrated because of him. Not somewhere I want to get my food until problems like that are fixed.

The restaurant was very clean, and the group of the workers were nice too, and the grinders were super delicious, but the only thing that was wrong on my grinder was that they put raw onions on mind and I said no onions because I have a lergic reaction to them so I got sick ?
