I heard one of the worker telling the person in the register tell her that we don’t have cold foam I don’t want to make it with attitude. I feel that was so disrespectful because I paying for my drink and she should not talk in front of customers. That happened on 12/09/2022.

Only giving one star because I can't write a review if I don't. Went in to get a coffee came to $3.17. Fine, I have cash. The cashier walked away to make my coffee and I guess assuming I was paying card. I left the cash on the counter she wasn't standing there waiting to collect my money. She came back with my coffee and picked up the $3.25. She cashed it out and instead of handing me the .08 cents she throws it on the counter. Instead of getting mad about her not placing the change in my hand and throwing it on the counter I said that's fine you can keep it. She says we don't accept tips that's fine too so I told her well you could have just placed the change in my hand instead of throwing it on the counter. She said back to me well you could have placed the cash in my hand instead of putting it on the counter. She was the only who walked away when I was taking my money out to pay... I didn't feel like I had to stand there with the money in my hand that's why I placed it on the counter. The customer service is UN REAL. Absolutely unacceptable and rude.

I wanted to try a Starbucks for a longtime and honestly I don't see what the hype is all about it, $7 for a small frappe that was Strawberry something and I honestly threw it out. I really think it might be an acquired taste but for me it was an absolute no. I gave it a 3 star because like I said it's an acquired taste and it just wasn't my cup of tea but it could possibly be someone else's. You will have to be the one to try it yourself and see if it's good to you. Until then Cheers

By far the worst Starbucks. Every time I come here out of convenience they are out of something. The staff is so rude. They should just close this branch. Go to target if you want Starbucks in Torrington.

I purchased a peppermint mocha venti and it was supposed to be hot. Instead, it was cold. The barista did not offer me a new drink. Instead, she took the cup that I sipped from, put the mocha into a small pot, and heated it up again. Very unsanitary. Waste of money.
I asked for my drink in a reusable cup (from Starbucks) which Starbucks is advertising they are now doing. I also did this earlier this week with my own cup in this same store. It was contactless for them but they still said they could do it without touching my cup. The barista today told me it wasn’t allowed. When I questioned him and said I had had it done here before he was very rude and said his manager hadn’t told him. He said he would do it anyway but he had already been rude and standoffish so I declined. Terrible customer service here today, but in the past it has been great. Hope it was a one time deal. Even if he told me nicely he couldn’t do it I would have been satisfied and understood.

Good and accurate service. Coffee could be fresher. I drink mine black and look for a product which has been on the burner for no longer than fifteen minutes. This was on the outside of that would be my belief.

This is the worst Starbucks place I been in I am like a 1000 sure I visited the worst Starbucks I been in.... I got to Starbucks every day sometimes 2 or 3 time a day and I have never been so dissatisfied with Starbucks I am always getting a drink with 3 to 4 espresso shots to it and it requires a few thing like the sweet cold foam and I was able to get the sweet cold foam my espresso didn't taste the same omg worst moment of my life all I wanted was a good coffee for Mother's Day

Where to begin... -It took Forever for either of the baristas to even acknowledge I was there. -After paying (with cash), she handed me my receipt, but not my change (pretty bold to assume you can keep the change...) -I ordered a frap (made with oat milk) and was given a frap with whipped cream. I let the barista know I didn't order whipped cream and she proceeded to scrape it off with a spoon and hand it back to me! I explained that I'm vegan and would like one made without whipped cream and she told me next time I should mention I have an allergy because most of their stuff has dairy. Um, I Don't have an allergy and what I ordered does not have dairy. I shouldn't have to lie to get what I ordered. Honestly, if she just apologized and made me a new one right off the bat instead of trying to scrape it off and act like it was my fault for not clarifying what I Didn't want when ordering it would have been no big deal, but overall it was just an annoying experience.
