It's been a while since I started visiting this branch and having my favorite matcha with oat milk every morning. However, for the past three weeks, the matcha hasn't tasted the same, and I think there might have been changes in the milk or the way it's made. Additionally, due to increased demand, some mistakes are being made, and I feel the instructions are not being followed properly. The matcha appears to be very light, and the flavor is not as rich as it used to be. Furthermore, I noticed an employee handling the sandwich with her bare hands and licking her fingers before putting it in the oven, which was a bit concerning. Despite this, I appreciate the friendly nature of most employees, and I hope the management takes some steps to improve the quality of the food and beverages, as well as the hygiene practices of the staff.Dietary restrictions: It would be great if the coffee shop could ensure that my orders for oat milk are consistently fulfilled, as I am lactose intolerant. Sometimes I don't notice until I'm too far away to return to the shop. Perhaps they could review their order-taking process to avoid such errors in the future.

Only been inside on two occasions. First time only I was inside, second one person ahead of me. Both times waited excessively long to get food. Lots of people working. Shouldn’t take that long.

I love it! Finally a drive thru Starbucks in Torrington! The baristas work so hard to get every order out quickly and accurately and my drinks are always great! The cafe is big, comfortable and beautiful! Most of the employees are pretty new since it's a brand new store but you can tell they are trying so hard!

Waited inside 25 minutes for 2 drinks. The girl making my drink ended up remaking it because there was a hair floating in the foam on top when she went to put the lid on. The staff is terrific, but I'm not interested in spending that much time waiting for coffee.

I have always loved Starbucks coffee, and the atmosphere was great.
Just want to note that you can actually earn stars in this particular Starbucks location. I am able to confirm it on the app. Market 32 can’t do that as far as I’m aware.Orders go through fast, staff is helpful, drinks taste good!

Every single time I come here they are out of multiple things and have a limited menu when it comes to drinks. I tried ordering 4 different drinks and each one I tried they said they were out of the supplies for it…. Not worth coming to, complete failure of a location. And they are always understaffed with one person…

This Starbucks located in the Torrington Target store was great! Not only did they have what I wanted but the staff was well organized and friendly.I ordered a Hot Apple Crisp Caramel Macchiato, which lived up to the hype and a Vanilla Almond Biscotti that was delicious.
