I've been going to The Donut Station for almost 10 years now and to put it simply , it is by far the best coffee shop in the area and it puts big chain coffee spots to shame. The coffee and the food have never upset me yet in the quality or the taste , and that's saying a lot because the menu is always updating with new things or even just new seasonal items . The atmosphere is that of a " Cheers " type where everyone is friendly and laughing but at the same time taking care of business so you aren't waiting around . A big plus is that some of the workers here go above and beyond to help the business run smoothly and to insure customer satisfaction ( Mostly talking about the evening shift on Wednesdays and Thursdays ) . Whether it be your first time here or your millionth you will leave with a smile and a good cup o joe.

I come here almost every weekend and have never had any issues in the drive thru but I dined inside for the first time this past weekend and the heavier set lady making the food was just absolutely rude, and there was another girl just eating food right in front of all the customers behind the counter where they prepare food and drinks. Usually great food but… y’all need to work on your customer service ?

Normally my go to cute coffee shop but staff member Mary was super rude while I was ordering. I do get orders can be confusing but no need to have attitude and be rude about it. When I received my order both of my guests coffees did not have the pumpkin spice syrup I had asked for which was disappointing. I will reach out to the manager just to let her know as the coffee order really isn’t a big deal mistakes happen. It was Mary’s apparent attitude just answering the drive thru. The rest of the staff here is super awesome. I usually get coffee here 3x during the week and maybe once on the weekend. However, after this negative experience with Mary and her rude attitude, it was such a huge turnoff that I would not recommend nor return.

Food was below average… eggs were tasteless and although I asked for extra bacon on my sandwich I received one single slice of bacon broken in half … there was enough extra bread to make a small pizza … you can charge for extra bacon and still give a single slice of bacon split in half. Overall I don’t recommend.

The Donut station is one of my favorite places. I've been coming here for a long time. I always have custom made donuts here too. They have the best donuts, breakfast sandwiches and drinks. The girls are always so nice!!

I don’t know what they do to their smoothies, I threw mine out before I even left the building. It tasted like rotten ice, if that’s even a thing. Lady who was taking orders had an attitude with both me, and the gentleman that came in after me. This place used to be great, not so much anymore.Update same day : the rancid smoothie and single bite I took of the breakfast sandwich I ordered just made me violently sick. I will be contacting the health department. If you read this review, I wouldn’t get anything from this restaurant.
