The food was delicious; the decor is REALLY hip, went on a Thursday night to listen to some jazz and was not disappointed! I'm going to try Latin night which is on Friday nights! Damn, it was like being in the city!!! It may become my second home.

Popped in on a Thursday night to listen to a superb jazz trio and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Toho serves a limited menu with weekly specials and a full bar. Exposed brick, hardwood floors, inviting atmosphere, friendly patrons and staff. Will visit again.

This place is a little gem in the heart of downtown Torrington, CT, on the same block as Howard's. Went to meet a friend there on Thursday evening. They had live jazz and dancing. My friend got up and did two songs with the band. He was great! Servers were attentive and efficient. Diane, the owner's sister, approached me to chat for a while. Nice, welcoming place! That night felt very nostalgic with the live jazz, Sinatra tunes, and dancing. Stop in sometime!

Such an adorable spot in downtown T-town. We had our holiday party here & were treated with 100% great service. The place was entirely ours to enjoy & we took full advantage. Food that they brought over from Jimmy's for us was of course delicious. The two bartender's Robert (roll that "r") & Josue were absolutely amazing...catering to everyone of us. We all loved how comfortable the vibe was from the second we walked in the door!

Had the Argentinian Empanadas, they were pretty insanely good and reasonably priced. Good to have places like this in Torrington. The ambience is great too. Would recommend.
