Open space bubble tea shop. They have friendly employees. There were a bunch of customers there when I was waiting for my order but when I recieved it the lady was very kind to come to the table I was sitting at and bring it. I bought the #6 for the waffle menú. For what it's worth, it's a bit light and should have more food in it. My friend got boba and claimed it tasted good. Overall a 7/10 experience.

This was my first time here ! It took me a minute to figure out that it was inside the Trumbull mall. It was such a cute spot!! The popping boba was so fresh and delicious! I also got a loyalty card. Get the 10th drink free! The staff was friendly too and answered all the questions I had!

I ordered the slushy drinks: pineapple, strawberry, mango, and passion fruit. While very tasty, I couldn't get any info about sugar content as I'm a DIABETIC. Phone number doesn't work ? very poor customer service!!!!!???

All drink is sweet but you could adjust the sugar level. They only serve ice cold drink, not one drink is hot. Would recommend to try it, I love the dirty brown sugar lol

The drinks here are super yummy and have a variety of flavors to choose from. If you’re lactose intolerant or vegan they have coconut-based milk choices for their drinks and soy. I got a mango green tea with passion fruit topping and it was so good and sweet! I definitely will recommend! next time I will go back and try their black tea flavors and coffee flavors.

I ordered through Grubhub. This place removes out of stock items from your order without an opportunity to replace it. Phone number listed is out of service. This left my 4-year- old sitting at the table with his siblings without a bubble tea! The alert was sent by email(while all others are sent by txt). The out of serviphone number made it impossible for I or the Grubhub customer service agent to correct the issue. SHAMEFULL! Don’t order from here. I couldn’t speak for their in person services, but I will not be order delivery again!!

Don’t recommend AT ALL.I went to this place because I thought the tea would cool me down for the winter. The server spilled hot tea all over my newborn baby. Had to rush to the hospital. He was in ICU.

this was super tasty. its about the same price as most other boba places. i got the passionfruit green tea and they used REAL passionfruit... super good and in a cozy area of the mall so its not crowded.

My wife and I have been to this establishment before. We love the drinks (primarily the slushies) and i drove out to get one before they close at 8PM. I arrived at the mall at 7:45PM and then got to the counter around 7:48PM to find out they had already closed.A young man noticed me and said they are closed and i said i thought they closed at 8PM. He said they do but they close 15 minutes early to clean up.I understand having to clean up however then please change your hours of operation to say 7:45PM that you close. This will allow me to know i shoul not drive to your location as you are closing. It was disappointing to arrive during busiess hours and be turned away.In addition i also drove 15 minutes to get to your location and with gas prices it was truly a wasted trip.I went to another establishment that is much closer to our home and will no longer be going back.

This spot is a bit low-key, in the mall but they're certainly making it their own with the decorations and the drink menu. They have many drink offerings, but I didn't get the feeling that they're one of those places that is always out of stuff. Customer service was prompt and professional. Most importantly, the drinks were delicious. Can't wait to go back for the Taro and Dirty Brown Sugar. Also the Lychee Oolong.

The store has really cute models and layout from the streets of Hong Kong (HK). It also has cool decorations. As a HK native myself, I was surprised to find a bubble tea shop has such decorations in Connecticut.The staff was nice and took my orders no problem.The 3 stars rating is from the drinks that me and my partner had. We got black milk tea and Thai tea. I was expecting more from the black milk tea since milk tea is one of the signature drinks of HK. The bubbles were also over cooked, not sweet. The Thai tea is pretty mediocre, leaning towards the not great side.With that said, I would go again just to try other drinks. They do have a Hong Kong coffee drink.Then again, maybe I am looking too much into a small bubble tea shop from the mall food court lol
